I kinda doubt Phil would be interested in claiming to be part of Anonymous. He seems to view anything on the internet outside of Tumblr, DeviantTard, etc. as "flashy, right-wing GooberGrape cissie dudebros" and thus an extension of/connected to Kiwi Farms. Because Phil is fucking stupid and blinded by SJW identity politics.
 
Pretty much anyone could win a fight against Phil.

Which is why the only ones he's ever attacked were people like the children at the "Daddy Rape Day" BBQ and his disabled mom -- just like a cartoon bully.

I could see Phil huffing, puffing, bouncing, and squeeking Everytime he gets mad at us in his apartment, that is until slingblade gets fed up with him tarding out and tell him to sit down and STFU before he kicks Phil's ass or cunt punts him.

Edit: And comparing Phil to Hoggish Greedly isn't a fair comparison. On top of all the other differences listed earlier, Greedly actually had power, influence, control, and he was a viable and serious threat to his enemies. Phil is a powerless weakling and a coward. The only thing Phil poses a threat to is a block of cheese.
