I don't know if it has been brought up already or not, but one of the post surgical care instructions for neovaginas is regular dilation with different sized dilators (it is set of medical dildos, I do wonder if they come from the same factory as the novelty kind?). If you fail to dilate on schedule the orifice will lose depth or width and eventually heal shut. The schedule is intense at first and then eventually relaxes to a weekly schedule, if I recall correctly. It is painful at first so lots of troons have fucked up neovaginas from failing to dilate. You need access to privacy and clean running water to insert and wash your prescription dildos, as well as the mental health required to follow self care routines. No one will ever hand out vaginoplasty to homeless troons with hygiene problems. The orchiectomy is more plausible because it is a more technically simple procedure, pretty close to vasectomy.

He was supposed to be getting electrolysis to remove his man hair from his genitals (cause having that shit grow back is prime infection risk) still not happened.
And unless Phil has been hiding away a thousand or so dollars to go private his basic bitch insurance will get cover this kind of surgery unless in very rare cases he gets a shrink to sign off on it.

The big disadvantage Phil has as an almost compulsive liar is that he's a complete tard, so he just can't remember what he's said. I mean, apart from the occasional mention of electrolysis, we've heard nothing of any of the long list of things he said he was getting before they cut his knob off. I think at some level he's aware that he's too dumb to remember his own lies, and that's why he has the calendar - it's too big a lie for other people to forget, but not big enough that he'll remember when he said he was due to have it.
Under the circumstances, you'd think it would be easier to just not lie in the first place, but for some reason Phil doesn't consider that an option.

I wish we had a rating that simultaneously conveyed both "informative" and "horrifying."Technically, the electrolysis is to keep hair from growing inside the neovagina.
He made a long post detailing all the various procedures and treatments he was going to have and (I think) when he was going to have them, and that included a boob job, voice therapy, electrolysis and The Chop. I suspect he finally did some research into gender reassignment and posted everything at once.
Since then he's either forgotten everything except the electrolysis and the actual cockectomy or has realised that most of it clashes with his autistic pretense that he's already a sexy trans woman with hordes of chasers and a successful career in prostitution who passes perfectly. I'd go with the former, though.

The plan would be to role play his surgery's until eventually revealing like last time "epic ruse to hide true date from kiwis".

He claimed he had his balls cut off and then posted a picture where he was obviously just tucking and plus it was disgusting and filthy and he had pinworms.
It's sort of like with John Flynt, where we know more about his own lies than he does because :autism:
John actually lies more and is closer to the profile of a pathological liar, being actually intelligent enough to know on some level that his lies won't stand up to scrutiny.
Phil is just stupid. I'm not sure if he's a pathological liar or just really dumb and a normal liar.

If that's true, it's pretty fucking sad. I mean, how pathetic and bankrupt does your life have to be in order for you to make up easily disproven lies just to make an internet forum talk about you so you can pretend like you are interesting and your life has meaning?
