I mean, let's be real, the actual reason he sleeps in the living room is because his "girlfriend" can't stand him any more than anyone else.

He's so useless he can't develop agrophobia right.
Guess this supports the theory he's trying to hide Toren from his landlord
 
Oh please, there's no way Phil could have claustrophobia from living outside.

He'd have had to squeeze himself into a really tiny box or something and clearly there's a major 250+ pound problem with that.

Credit were it's due he was for a period with tweaker
During the summer the used to sleep in various parks.
But mostly I was bring sarcastic.
The tweaker period was the closest he came to being without a roof over him, his Jordan period and last year or so is just motels, squats and shelters.

So his argument is that he's developed claustrophobia because he's been outside for so long that he's become feral and gets freaked out by being indoors? Problems:
1. That's not how you get claustrophobia
2. He's been in the house for months now. If he really was so claustrophobic that he can't stand being there, then why is he still there?
3. He made numerous posts during his homeless period in which he specifically states that he was indoors - at friends' houses, homeless shelters etc. Many were accompanied by photos.
4. If he can't deal with a familiar apartment, how the fuck does he manage to deal with being on a bus for several hours every month?

Or was he just going through his Facebook friends' statuses and found an asspat-magnet he hadn't used yet?

For someone with claustrophobia he does everything possible to stay inside.

If thats the case then why is he continuing to move his stuff out of storage? I mean its not like he couldnt pull this if shit goes utterly south but I think a prerequisite will be that Toren leaves or gets kicked out in some form or fashion.

Because he's not planning to fuck up but knows he will.
When he does blow his rent a couple of months on the go he's not going to take responsibility he's going to blame others or claim "just as planned".
He's planning for failure not planning to fail.
One way or another he can't afford the unit so it's reclaim some of it whilst he can before it ends up in a tragic episode of storage wars.

I feel sorry for whoever wastes $10 buying that shitheap and then just having to throw it all away.
