I can't provide evidence but my guess is Toren is living with Phil but they are trying to make it look otherwise so it doesn't affect yard bux or his rental argument.
The custom table Phil made him as a leaving present is just a ruse.

This could just be as simple as Toren not wanting to share his stuff because then his boyfriend will find out he's talking to other menz.

First, I think Toren is there only because I don't think Phil would have stayed quiet if Toren left. Phil almost certainly would have tried to farm pity and asspats.

I suspect that Toren is living with Phil because Phil is a useful idiot who is easy to control. Toren gets a roof over his head and a mongoloid to run his errands, and all he has to do is pat Phil on the head and maybe chain him to the radiator before drinking into a stupor.

I'm further willing to bet that the whole arrangement is framed as a sub/dom relationship. Phil gets to bounce and squeak about how kinky he is, and Toren gets to order his pet potato around. Everybody wins, except possibly the neighbors.

Back to the original point, this also explains Phil sleeping on the couch while Toren gets the bed, and why Phil can't use Toren's computer.

Anyway, it is *possible* that Toren isnt there, but I suspect the truth is far more horrific.

I think the biggest tell Toren is still there is because Toren didn't make drama out of Phil making him leave.
He always did before and e begged and guilted his chasers into providing him somewhere to stay.
But nope nothing, no calling out "the landlord class" as Phil calls them, no blame the kiwis, no go fund me just a table wrapped in maps.

Bottom line is someone had to uncuff Phil from the radiator.
 
Sheltered workshop maybe? (Not volunteer but might as well be with the stupid low wages they pay disabled people)

The safety glasses would make more sense then.

Toren isnt on SSDI right? Does Phils SSDI get affected by household income? I wonder if Toren reports all his e-begging donations.

Yes to the first two.
As best I remember that was the argument Jordan used for not moving in with jessica but it's more a case that adding Toren to Phil's rental would make him liable for debts and likely bump up Phil's rent and ruin the deal his yard status got him.
As to the 3rd question I honestly don't know. I guess neither of them will declare the donations as income bit based on info from the Chris ebegging thread they are likely well under level it would make a difference.

Well, when you have a tangible cloud of flies, dirt and general what the fuck odor surrounding you at all times like Pig Pen but some redneck Hellraiser version, cramped spaces probably aren't that fun.
