no idea. the man in question is about 6'4", tipping 500lbs, is mixed race, but takes after his father who is black, revels in weirdo stereotypes as sticking it to the man. wears coke bottle glasses and has an undergrad in math. before he got to his size, he was a direct entry candidate for the Air Force but that fell through and he puttered around uselessly for a few years prior to being hired into the defense sector. this is also around the Bay Area in CA. any of that sound similar?

He's probably already decided that every second person who comes in is a Kiwi agent. Or a Gamergate agent, or Donald Trump in a rubber mask. Phil is the kind of guy who thinks everyone who gives him a cheery nod wants to kill him or rape him.

I know of whom you speak. Not about web antics, but "who" they are. There are LOTS of those people out in the defense industry. LOTS. I can't count how many people we had to voluntarily hold our noses for and did so gladly because they are a motherfucking GOD at some little pedantic thing that if it went away the entire modern world as it exists would come crashing down on our heads.

personal and professional affiliation. there's lots of weirdos and "special" people in the defense sector. some more tolerable than others, but when it comes to defense and the money involved, small things like felonies, stupidity, addictions, or aberrant behavior is easily overlooked, ignored, or planned for and dealt with. one guy i know does some work from within federal prison in exchange for paying a wage to his family (rather than himself).

Also it would explain the safety glasses... though I don't think you have to wear them, but Phil loves wearing stupid useless shit.

Great! I'm sure everyone who sees that shirt will think, "One of the founders of Trans Lifeline is being unjustly held in Arizona for immigration offences! I must do everything in my power to stop her getting deported to India!"

On an aside note, he looks relatively normal in this photo. Relatively.
