It was. People found three other versions of the same form letter sent by the same "lawyer" for three different clients.
It looks like he did the bare minimum to cover whatever he charged her for a consultation.
DISCLAIMER: None of this is definitive proof, but the circumstantial evidence is strongly compelling.
I feel bad making this post because I have a level of pity and sympathy for this gentleman, but I strongly suspect the person behind Lookalike was Gutsy-Sonichu. Gutsy Sonichu is a minor cow who orbits CWC shit and had his thread locked in May for no real reason. His thread reflects a history of doing "gayops" to stalk CWC and develop a name for himself as a troll.
Since his thread has been locked, discussion on him has more recently moved to Jacob Sockness's thread. As far as I understand, Gutsy is one of many online men of queer persuasions that Sockness is trying to fuck. He's a Sockness orbiter but presently trying to distance himself from him.
Anyway, I initially did guess (based solely on linguistic tendencies in grammar and unique retardation) that this lookalike was Gutsy when they first contacted me in September. I didn't pay them much mind regardless (I've always espoused blocking anyone claiming to be someone of import until they prove it) and have been watching a lot of this speculation from the sidelines.
As Lookalike grew active and this thread became more of a shitstorm, the Twitter account became a bit more focused on me, pinning a tweet about me blocking them, calling for my YouTube suspension, and dragging my name into the mud with some Josh Moon guy. I don't know who that is, but he sounds like an anime-watching pedophile:
Anyway, Gutsy is someone who hops in my YouTube comments regularly. I largely ignore him but have never blocked him.
His YouTube reflects that he wishes to be seen as an opponent to Ms. Janke:

My only true engagement with him was when he challenged me to a chess match on stream: if I won, he would draw art of me "beating him up." Here was the result:
Note that he hilariously included my favorite target of all time, Low Tier God, a lolcow whom he discovered from my videos on him. Further note that the image does demonstrate a level of competence in the realm of digital art.

All of this is circumstantial, but I lean strongly towards Gutsy being Lookalike for the following reasons:
Their grammatical tendencies are extremely similar, even abated by Rytr as @Greasy Spoon pointed out.
They both are the only people I've seen consistently misspell my YouTube handle as "Shallow" instead of "Sallow."
They both, in the past month, learned of and elected to donate money to LowTierGod from my YouTube account.
Gutsy fancies himself something of a mastermind who can "play both sides" (ally and opposition) to those he is interested in connecting with on the internet, primarily through sockpuppetry.
Gutsy especially loves running such "gayops" for fun on Twitter
They both use iPads and Apple products.
Screenshots from both reflect an EST timezone.
They both have digital media editing competence - be it drawing digitally on tablet or epic faceswaps/feet edits.
They both want to do "gayops" orbiting CWC (such as sending him a letter or egging his house) to become a name associated with him.
The Lookalike vascillating between being Bella and being someone confused for Bella is something I would expect from one of Gutsy's mental capacities.

In addition to Gutsy's one-sided Discord PM's with me, I include @gungann briefly contacting me for help protecting Gutsy from bad actors/manipulators. I declined because I don't trust him and have no desire to become a part of homoerotic online autism drama.
My personal theory is that Gutsy is or was part of some epic troll group (likely an aspect of Sockness, perhaps even with chess club participation) that decided to stir shit up with this account and directed him to oppose me, but Gutsy eventually decided against this shit (hence the recent messages).

UPDATE (10/29): Gutsy initially admitted to it before reneging and insisting it was not him. However, further circumstantial evidence has risen to the contraary, such as Gutsy's proclivity for photoshop edits similar to lookalike's:
