As @Inquisitorum noted, it's more or less just something to do at this point. At the risk of sounding thirsty or like a simp: these edits kind of make me think that she could become reasonably attractive if she actually lost weight, ditched the glasses, fixed all her split ends and took care of her skin. Unless I’m entirely faceblind and those edits also involved some fuckery with adjusting the size of facial features like the nose and eyes and lips.

None of these lookalike photos are using ILJ's face (edited or otherwise), so who do you mean by 'she'?
This was one of the original problems, people were simping over ILJ's actual heavily edited catfishing photos etc. (the one with dead eyes is a good example) and generally muddying the waters, which is happening again here and appears to be playing into their exact goal.
If you faceblind autists (not just you, I'm talking to the YouTubers reading this as well) can't tell the difference, mind your business.

I still find it weird these 'lookalike' photos are what she should have probably 'looked like' (tinfoil suggestion about her paternity).

Some of the traits are similar, and it's really the eyes more than anything, so it's understandable why one can automatically assume these to be proper face swaps. I imagine what's really going on here is if you fed ILJ's facial characteristics to an AI face-building algorithm, and what it would create as a result - leaving room for minor changes here and there between each subsequent time it's used/shows up.

The unread email is funny. TruthFinder is, imo, one of the most obnoxious data aggregators online. You have to sit through 10 minutes of progress bars while it "gathers" data (a marketing technique). At the end, if you're dumb enough to enter your email address to "access the report," it spams you to death and sells the address to other spam sites. You only see the report if you cough up the $28 subscription, and then they have your payment information too. Not a real savvy decision.

So they're using an AI writing tool, as well as faceswapping and image generating tools, and probably bought their 100 IG followers (based on their demographic).
This says to me they're possibly an actual mongoloid that can't string two sentences together (see: DMs to Spooky Bones), or they're Johnny bloody foreigner, or both come to think of it.
This testimonial could also explain why there's two e-mail drafts to Tim Cook on screen:

The other read email looks like it might be a support convo with YouTube? - I think that's a convo with a @mail.com e-mail address, where we know lookalike is using p*******e@mail.com (as well as cu**********@outlook.com and me***********@outlook.com).
