Oh, he needs them without doubt. He just refuses to use them and claims that weed keeps his behavioural disorders under control - which it clearly doesn't.
He can't be medicated without his consent during an involuntary psych evaluation unless it's an emergency. His concern seems to be being made subject to a compulsory treatment order.
