This is a man deeply in pain. In misery, in social isolation interacting with no one who isn’t also pretty nuts themselves. He is in a world of shitty living. And I have not one ounce of sympathy to give. Because he keeps up his bullshit fake reality where he is some uber hippie and not just a gross degenerate who tried fucking a 15 year old and molested his dog and shits his pants. He has had a lifetime to address and find help for himself but he is too into his own version of reality to accept help.

Had Tommy agreed to get a psych evaluation when the first petition was granted just after the street fair, it would have all been over and done with before Christmas.

I understand why he wouldn't want to have it happen over the Christmas period because weekends and holidays don't count towards the hold period, but he's had 3 weeks since then to organise it. It seems like he was hoping they would stop trying if he held out long enough.

Tommy's made quite a few "if you're really my friend" posts over the years and hasn't yet learned that most people won't respond to that kind of manipulative bullshit.

He's spoken about putting himself in a situation where someone else kills him before. Apparently it's only him killing himself which "spirit" prohibits.

I would also say that the evidence his "behavioural disorders" can't be managed by weed alone is pretty compelling (interesting that he admits needing a mood stabiliser and antipsychotic, though).

No one would gaf about a loony eccentric just living his life quietly. They are legion. But he puts himself on blast online and acts like a nut irl. If he didn't purposefully decide to make a spectacle of himself, he would likely reduce his life drama by 70%. It's annoying af sad when a need desire to be seen and approved guides everything, even at the expense of mental health and quietude. And that, Tommie, is why you can't sleep at night.
