Jr is trying so hard, but he fails yet again by showing his "cheat". If you're serious about building muscle, you eat a FUCKTON of carbs for your cheat...but they're mostly fiber, not sugar. My post workout cheat meal is a whole box of cereal. The reason you do this is to load your body with fiber to help pass the protein you consume.

I also dread how Jr will act while in Vegas. He and Jack will likely act like petulant manchildren. One takeaway from Vegas is to act like The Rat Pack, not The Wolf Pack. Handle your liquor, dress to impress, tip generously, and be respectful. Basically everything Jack and Jr aren't.

Usually he does the 7 day window of letting you take it down or contacting him. This was an immediate takedown. The video that pissed him off was Sante Fe Importers video. That’s what triggered him this time around. The truth hurts, doesn’t it, fatty?

I'm a day late and just caught up on the brisket video but man this sucks.

I don't discourage experimenting in the kitchen but brisket is just one of those foods that's simple, it doesn't need much more than a good rub and/or a slather. I've never in my entire life heard of a stuffed brisket and for good reason, it's a fucking retarded idea, it looked like he stuffed it with a goddamn caesar salad by the end of it and I can guarantee he just threw the vegetables out after he cooked it. Also bacon wrapping a brisket at the start of the cook absolutely guarantees that you won't get a smoke ring and that the bacon will be dry as hell by the end of it, if you're going to commit the crime of throwing a bacon lattice on your brisket (don't) then at least add it midway through the cook so you don't ruin both meats. This has to be one of his all time worst food abortions, every single original idea this man comes up with is a spectacular failure and this has to be one of his worst by far.

i was wondering where today's video went since i missed it and was going to watch it just now. i mean, we already knew jack lurks here and watches PCLM but looks like he's watching it as it happens just like the rest of us. what a sad, pathetic "man" he is

While I get what you're saying and I tend to abide that rule myself when I find myself in that town, I don't think they are going to the Wynn or the Bellagio. More likely they will be shacking up at the place where the bread pudding is extra runny.

For the Santa Fe Importers vid, he acts (surprise!) like a massively entitled cunt, even worse than normal. For the grill mat, that's either when he left his phone in the meat container or when an egg slid right off into the grill, making him look like an idiot on both accounts.

He mentioned going to movies at Vegas, so that means he's staying at Santa Fe Station, as it has a theater built in and is right down the road from the airport. It's also about 16 or 17 miles away from the Bellagio. They might park at Treasure Island (because free parking), and walk part of the strip, but Jack will likely pass on the North part. That's where all the larger weed shops, liquor stores, and black people end up. He'd be missing out because Resorts World just opened up, and they have an incredible (and incredibly expensive) Chinese restaurant there.

Edit: I forgot to mention the south part of the strip, which is about 4 miles walking. Saying that Jack gets rewarded for walking ONE mile, it's likely he won't make it past Caesar's

Jack probably has google alerts set-up for his name, cooking shows and his business. So when somebody uploads a video about Jack, google sends him an email/he checks the alerts dashboard. Knowing that he definitely knows the PC&TLM, he probably got an alert, skimmed through the video, and than reported it for "violations". Charles probably taught him how to set this up years ago.
