Only found this on the TTExulansic youtube channel (he deleted it from tiktok). This person „corrected“ his 3yo son when he guessed he (the troon) was a boy during a playful coming out trans discussion.
This guy thinks his son just gets it and it‘s super normal. Children are gullible and will believe pretty much anything - exactly shows how harmful it can be to promote this kind of thing at a young age.
Kids are a lot smarter than you think they are. When I first came out as trans to my son and explained to him that process I first started out with a conversation about gender to see where he is at without understanding - he’s three. So when I asked him, I first started talking to him about boys and girls and who is a boy and who is a girl. So I started with his aunties, his uncles, his other mom - are they a boy or are they a girl? He knew exactly what I was saying he was a bit slower with he and she and how that works with gender, but in general he had that fine.
So when it came time to explain to him about myself I asked if I was a boy or girl and he said boy. He saw the gender signifiers, he understood. But I corrected him, I said no actually I’m a girl. And he said, a girl? And he hasn’t made that mistake since. When I explained to him about gender and me being trans I told him I was a boy and then I became a girl. And he said, oh, you became a girl and he went to go play with his blocks. Because kids aren’t dumb, they understand and they’re not confused about this. This is not going to be world-shattering to them.

First, everyone who has posted in the past 4-5 pages ITT, it has been a fun, interesting, & hilarious read. Incidentally, the eugenics of the early c.20th was very much a non-partisan pastime, with plenty of enthusiastic adherents from the left of the political spectrum, who were particularly interested in a social Darwinist approach to improving society.
Supporting troonery could be viewed as a useful form of passive eugenics I guess. Pay for them to cut their dicks off young, there's minimal scope to pass on those genes to the next generation.

What is the deal with trannies seeming to think people have to accept them? It's not like trannies are inclusive. They have all sorts of things and types they're unwilling to tolerate.
Do I have to maybe work with you in a professional environment? Sure. Does that mean I have to now invite you out for beers? Nah dude.
I once worked with a super progressive gay guy who let me know he was upset because I didn't invite him out with some other dudes I worked with to go to the bar. He believed I was homophobic.

That's the problem with the alphabet types. Anything that earns the disapproval of others is always condensed to "IT'S BECAUSE I'M GAY/TRANS ISN'T IT" as if somehow their sooper speshul status makes the immediately immune to being an annoying goddamn fuck. And a lot of it is because if they get brainwashed into the cult, anything they used to care about like sports/music/drawing/tv/outdoors whatever immediately becomes rainbow/gay rights/homophobia/haveimentionedilove dick.
ITT you can see how shallow trannies are, instantly turning into teehee/dress/makeup/pink/spinny/i'm so dumb and dick/beer/no feelings/gayboy zombies void of anything else, barely qualifying as people. I think I'd have a better time and conversation hanging out with someone who was brain damaged and can only scream and react to light and touch.

For a decent example of how trannies were viewed in the 90s, watch The Drew Carrey Show. His brother was a full time cross dresser and generally treated as a tranny.

Andrea James and Deidre McCloskey and Sylvia Rivera existed and were relatively well-known over a decade ago, it’s just that these types of hyper-aggressive AGPs (including gay AGPs) weren’t as common (both in terms of sheer numbers and probably as a proportion of transsexuals) and the few you’d see could be easily dismissed as unpleasant people who happened to be trans.

Not a Scot myself, but the whole didnae thing is just like Americans typing y'all. Sometimes it's a deliberate affectation, sometimes they just type like that because it's how they talk.
Slightly more political edge to typing in that way due to Scottish-English relations. Don't believe them if they say they're typing in Scots, because Scots is its own thing that is pretty much incomprehensible to most English speakers (and overlaps with Icelandic and Norwegian - the NYE song "Auld Lang Syne" is Scots for "Back in the day") and entirely different from Scottish Gaelic. Think of it like a diluted version of the Welsh throwing in Welsh words.
That was an employment tribunal ruling and therefore is generally not universally considered to be precedental (i.e. if a tribunal judge rules in the favour one time, that doesn't mean another tribunal judge will uphold it). The baseline is the belief must be "worthy of respect in a democratic society, compatible with human dignity and not conflicting with the fundamental rights of others". Forstater won because she was able to argue her belief was "sex was real", the woman in this situation may have argued something else.
However the bar manager in question has probably fucked everything up by blasting this on twitter, especially if the woman left when asked (it's a criminal offence not to leave a licensed premises in the UK when asked). Although again, Scotland has different laws to "England and Wales" or Northern Ireland, so it may be a tad different.
I wouldn't say any of those people were well known outside of certain circles. The first two are published and have worked in journalism, film and academia, but I wouldn't say your average person would have heard of them. Silvia Rivera was well known among the LGBT community because she lied at being at Stonewall.
Also oh man, on Deidre McCloskey not being an AGP - she wrote an autobiography mentioning that as a teenager she used to commit "gender burglaries" of her neighbors homes, stealing dresses and garter belts to dress up in.
