Bella returns to Texas Tech - Social fallout and misc. speculation - What will it be like with her newfound Internet infamy?

This is what I wrote two weeks ago and although we've learned more things since then, I stand by what I said then. It is going to come down to the current TTU students putting pressure on the administration and creating a PR nightmare they can’t ignore.


Yes, everyone deserves a right to an education. That said, a competent university (and I’m not saying TTU is but it’s also an actual accredited school and not a scummy for-profit racket) will consider the collective needs of its student body over one annoying PITA.

I'm sure TTU would love an excuse to get her out. The $17k in out-of-state tuition they get from her each year is actually nothing. (If you’re going to make a donation to get your kid into college, you don’t choose TTU. You go for UT if you‘re trying to bribe a public school in Texas; you'd ideally just go for broke and choose Rice, although Bella would never pass a Rice admissions interview and I doubt glowiedad has the social capital to even get her a Rice interview she'd fail anyway.)

It remains to be seen if the students will do what it takes to keep the pressure on, but they have more than enough ammo to work with.

Honestly, the university could just highly encourage her to withdraw if they wanted to be total pussies about it. That would get her out of their hair but also allow her to try to get admitted somewhere else.

Shes not getting a high paying job, period. What self respecting company would want a stinking creepshow like that working for them? College doesnt even matter, not to mention she threw all rights she had of getting a degree out of the window the moment that FIRST hamster got throw in the boiling water
 
I don't get the "she has a right to an education" argument; who has proposed she get barred from any further schooling? people would just like her to face the music for her behaviour at this particular school. If her blemished record makes that hard then boo-hoo, but I'm sure she can find another school, even a distance uni.

Plus... there's school online, internet resources, textbooks etc. It's not like she needs room, board, accommodation and access to TTU's student body to get "an education"

She lost the "right to education" (in the conventional sense) when she started to be disruptive and affecting others' sense of security. As you say, if she is this shitty, she can always study on her own. She has the resources to do so.
 
So I guess the tranny march thing didn't materialize? Can't find anything but football searching Texas Tech on Twitter and their hashtag #MarchOnTTU has been dead for a week. Not surprising but I would've been interested to see what would've happened.

I'll add a bit more detail later on, about to pop in the bath, but @firion went there and nobody showed up.
 
I knew it. I was still hoping for one or two redditors to try and make it happen and post "WE OUT HERE" or something and it would be really cringe and awkward.

@Spooky Bones It did, but I meant the actual activism of the idiots spamming the Kony hashtag when game time came for real life protests and shit. Unless you have a plan you want to share with the class.

I was just thinking about Kony 2012 today how I hope that after this dies down that Bella has a psychotic break and spazzes out naked on a street corner like that guy.
