Question: does anyone know if Mike has donated to the school? Is there any way to find out? If so, my money is on nothing happening to Bella.

From what I saw when I was looking into it, there are public and private donations so if he made the latter there would be no way to find out. TTU is a public university but in Texas at least it isn't considered a government entity, so you can't like FOIA its records or anything like that. Thats different in some states, but in the majority of states public schools are permitted to not disclose who their donations come from much to the objection of some.

Being optimistic about anything involving Bella is 
at this point, so I am preparing to hear "the school shat itself" by the weekend. The most I can imagine is her essentially being told "Bad fungi! Don't do that again!" via email. Any actual consequence would rely on fellow students and the majority cannot be assed; as zoomers typically can't be with most things that don't directly inconvenience them.

Colleges cover up the criminal activity of their students all of the time as to not jeopardize the administration's reputation. They're evil. It's no wonder they put it into young girl's heads that you shouldn't go to the police for any on-campus assault/rape under the imagined threat of the patriarchy and rape culture.

So he got anger management counselling because of a domestic violence conviction, and then several women came forward accusing him of rape afterwards and it looks like there's not enough going to be enough evidence to consider charging him.
There's a big difference between that and "lol a serial rapist got away with nothing but anger management classes".

If it is just a strongly worded email, I hope that they at least tell her to take a bath (not in cat piss) and to avoid spreading fungal spores around the campus as that is very unsanitary. A strongly worded email on that would help considerably.

Exceptional point. Reminds me of that incident where a college athlete lost everything because some girl said he raped her only to have it dismissed later when she caught bragging about how she lied because she 'felt guilty' about a random hook-up.

I cannot understand why ILJ isnt dropping out on her own accord,given that:
1. TTU is mid-tier at best,it's not like she is missing out on a once in a lifetime opportunity that one of the better Ivy League schools would provide.
2. It is in her own best interest to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile,going back to the epicentre of your horrorcowism is just stupid if you want this to blow over.
3. She doesnt need and education or even a job;she is glowdads sole child and he is wealthy enough to provide a comfrotable upper-middle class life for her without her ever having to work.
Then again,given ILJ psychology she may actually enjoy the notoriety of being the campus boogeyman.

Even if it could be framed as "leaving a toxic environment bcuz the internet bullied me and everyone believed it," she would know that it is because she did get caught and couldn't lie her way out of it. That she had been defeated. She'd have to accept that for the rest of her life.
Seems that she's not ready to do that yet, and that hopefully means that there is more milk to come as this story will have ample room for more death throes of desperation.
Even if nothing comes of this, I am still in it to watch her squirm and laugh. I pray she finds a venue to speak in soon.
