Bingo. There’s no shame in taking a break and touching grass for a few days- this is a highly charged subject and it’s easy to get MOTI at it and that leads to cringe cow tippy behavior. I had to touch grass myself for a bit because animal abuse is an emotional subject.

On the 20th of August 2021, today, there was meant to be a march against ILJ - well, sort of, to march for trans rights but it was obviously inspired by recent local trans-Bella related events at TTU, and in the twitter feeds people started talking about the other Bella stuff and student and animal welfare in general.
@firion aka Zoe mentioned to me that they were probably going to go, and I asked if they would take some snaps for us. @firion it seems is not someone who lies on the internet about all the things they totally want to do but never actually do, but nobody was there
They showed up early and even had a look around to see if they had moved or got the place slightly wrong but no, nothing. You may notice that @firion suspects it may have been a troll operation. I will come back to this in a second and the twitter account "tuurtlemaantur1", but I have a teeny bit more about what happened before the protest first.
I am kind of surprised that nobody showed up at all other than @firion because of a certain post made by @Narr Then where they managed to get a few screenshots of some local students talkling about the protest, including part of the student council and some representitives of on-campus political groups.
A pretty terse summary of the screenshots
On Aug 11 a user named Dark Avenger brings up the idea to start a protest, to which some students point out that there has been some traction o twittr=er abiu==out it already, and one user Delta says police are involved so it seems pointless and its beyond the control of the uni now.
PiperWright brings up the idea of getting political orgs involved, while Delta is talking about glowdad ddosing the famrs. User Clairvoyance has doubts.
Dark Avenger says that rumours say TTU is brushing it under the rug to which AwesineJohnV asjs why they woukd=ld do that. Some users say protecting their own asses because they covered up Bellas abuse of multiple students while others say money.
myriadmute starts cooking up a plan to make flyers, some users agree, Dark Avenger wants to contact the media. Students then give others an overview of the Bella situation.
Glimmer Angel a user following the chat confirms they are part of student gov, and users quiz how they can help.
PiperWright suggest that TurningPoint USA and the University communist party decide to be civil for once to do good for all students by picking up a peado, rapist, disgusting, incest loving, autistic people abusing and all the rest you know about Isabella Loretta Janke/ILY/Bella Janke.
A student says they should be measured, but loud, and try to make a real stir. (Heh, given the following section.

Initially my reply to @firion was that this is probably not a troll, if I had to guess, but internet activism as usual not translating into in-person actions, from lack of will to enact real change, possibly not gaining much traction, and the fact most people involved were actually not even in Texas and just twitterati. @firion went to go and show me some tweets made by the account, @tuurtlemaantur1, but ran into a problem.
They were retweeting asking people to post memes to get the hashtag going, maybe not something you'd want to do for a serious rape-incest-bullying-animal-abuse thing
The account was still trying to push the trans angle, I think maybe they were seperating the "marketing" of the different interested parties so they could make a stir in multiple communities easier - get animal lovers to like this one, trans rights people to like this one... I am not sure yet if I can recover their follows/followers/likes or not, I will look, maybe soon, maybe tomorrow. It seems pretty unimportant tbh but if anyone saved it or archived his tweets at all, let me know, I will add it in.

Maybe, maybe not. I should look into the JusticeForMax account. I very very rarely use twitter but I've seen one or two posts from them and them do seem in earnest. It was the mac account who posted the thing about making memes to make it go more viral which I think is the best evidence against it being real. It's possible it is a very low tier and failed gayop, but as you can see local students did also chat about it. I think I still hold my original personal opinion, it was made with good intentions, but probably by people who aren't in the same state or maybe even the US that ended up started it and talking about it on twitter.
It was, of course, a bit of a pipe dream there would be thousands of people there, but after those discord "leaks" by @Narr Then I thought we may get a dozen to a few dozen. Props to @firion for showing up willing to inform and take pics for us as we would have needed to see it if anything actually happened.

Well, that's a bit of a fucker innit. They seemed pretty keen from the chat I saw...altho one of them (piper?) did say something about maybe coming up with a different date depending on what the different orgs had to say about their availability, that should be on one of the screenshots I posted. I hope it's not just slacktivism. I don't think it was a troll or gayops on twitter, just someone who isn't a student trying to get something going and hoping actual students would pick it up and run with it, which seemed to be happening last week. Altho I did have my doubts about the date that they picked...I'm sure that the first couple of weeks everyone is busy as fuck, settling in and what have you. It'd probably be better later on in the term...hopefully they'll organise something properly and not just online stuff. And do it wearing bella masks as well, that'd be funny as fuck.

Tbh better nothing than a puny, laughable protest that accomplishes nothing. Just it being arranged on plebbit made it sus anyway. That kind of shit should be being arranged by locals.

Well, she did modify/alter evidence (the recording itself) and openly admitted that she intended on altering it much, much more before it was supposed to be released. Pretty sure that's called tampering and it's a crime.

Yes, she could do that, and she would have a solid basis for doing so. Chris is known for living in a fantasy world, it would be reasonable to suppose everything he told her was a lie.

There's no investigation taking place that would make this evidence. It's not a crime to deceive a bunch of retards on the internet.
It's only evidence tampering once it becomes evidence and its falsity is intentionally concealed. What you're suggesting would make altering literally anything a crime on the off chance it became a piece of evidence in an investigation.

She isn't a mandated reporter so nothing, really. If she actively obstructed the investigation, that would be illegal. If she conspired with Chris to it or assisted in it, or actively encouraged him to do it knowing that he would do it on her command, that would be illegal. Sadly, she's probably completely off the hook for that one.

If any person has cause to believe that an elderly or disabled person or a person receiving services from a Provider is in the state of abuse, neglect or exploitation.
“Provider” means:
certain state-run facilities;
a community center, local mental health authority, and local intellectual and developmental disability
authority;
a person who contracts with a health and human services agency or managed care organization to
provide home and community-based services;
a person who contracts with a Medicaid managed care organization to provide behavioral health
services;
a managed care organization;
an officer, employee, agent, contractor, or subcontractor of the foregoing; and
an employee, fiscal agent, case manager, or service coordinator of an individual employer
participating in the consumer-directed service option.
It doesn't seem Chris would qualify as any of these things unless he was getting some kind of payment from the state, like some people do to take care of a disabled adult. And Bella would have had no way to know that even if it's true.
The actual statute also requires "knowingly fails to report in accordance with this chapter." The chapter only requires that all people report abuse by a "Provider," defined in statute as cited above.
So I don't think they could go after her on that even in the extremely unlikely event they cared.

This is the key thing. There's no real penalty for lying in a school disciplinary hearing as long as it's a plausible lie so you would dumb to not do this in her situation. I doubt she will get sanctioned, she could just say that the images are photohopped and/or it's not her account.
IIRC the evidence that ties her to her discord is circumstantial, and moreover I don't know if a kiwifarms page would be admissible in a disciplinary hearing.

I thnk you saw an "and" when it's an "or". Barb is elderly or disabled so I think they could take a run at Bella for misdemeanor failure to report, they just won't because who fucks around with interstate internet shit over misdemeanors.
