I'm certain she did it because she hates being back in her hometown, around people who know her real story, and who aren't even the slightest bit impressed with her. She may have been told off for stinking up a hospital room with nail polish, being a bitch to medical staff, and generally being not just unhelpful, but anti-helpful—or maybe not. Just knowing her brother loathes her, and that nobody sees her return home as some great blessing she's bestowed upon them, would be enough for her to keep the visit short.

And I'm sure the brevity of her visit was totally planned and intentional. After all, she's a brave single mawm, bringing up two boys all by herself, with no help from anybody, and it's so hard to leave them. (Plus, weed's not legal in MS, so getting her bake on and eating a cake for solace is out of the picture.)

A patient in major recovery/rehab situation does not need drama from an idiot the way posing for selfies, pouting and eating non stop and putting your private business all on her Twitter and Instagram for likes and asspats.

Her brother probably told her off, gave her ass the boot or even paid for her to leave. I could see her refusing to buy her own return ticket so the family will pay for it just to be rid of her.

Not to powerlevel too much, but I had a similar situation in my family about 10 years ago. A close family member was on their deathbed from a terminal disase (being vague to minimize PL), and they had a sister that was a loud, obnoxoius cunt. Now normally she would have been left out of the loop, but the dying relative made it one of her last wishes for their sister to be included in their last days.

However, the rest of the family has been sick of dealing with her shitty narc ass over the years, so they did the same thing you mentioned above: one family member (it rotated daily so everyone shared the burden) was tasked with keeping her distracted and out of the way while the others would deal with the financial, legal, and medical arrangements (Will, Funeral, Last Rites, etc). Thankfully, since the Tess of the family was more concerned with shopping and partying than their dying sibling, it wasn't hard to convince her to go out.

Once all the t's were crossed and all the i's were dotted, then she was "allowed" to add her two cents, for what it's worth. She raised a fucking stink that she wasn't getting everything (as expected), but by then she couldn't do shit. She's lucky she got something at all, because if it wasn't for the dying relative's last wishes, that selfish cunt would have got nothing.

Got my fingers crossed that Tess' family is doing the same thing right now.

That seems very possible - the family noticed Tess using their Mama to get clicks and asspats online, and told her to fuck off. Tess must be hella pissed that the whole Jackie Kennedy glam funeral photo op she cooked up in her head is not going to happen now.

I would be surprised if they didn’t. Tess took a number of pictures, video, and tagged in her aunt who was on Ryann duty a couple evenings ago. A number of people who actually helped Beth would hear about how Tubby Tess was truly the only one helping her family, and after several days of being tired and emotionally fraught, called her out. That alone may not do it but I’m sure they were sick and tired of her fat ass being a burden on her family.

Her family would be well justified because at a very minimum, nobody would think it’s appropriate to turn Beth’s stroke into a social media spectacle. But to hog all the credit? Aw shit, son. It explains why she was blubbering one day but abruptly leaving the next while vagueposting about not being appreciated.
