Pics or it never happened.I've had the same surgery as yaniv. Over 8 years ago.
Nothing has dropped off. Nothing has rotted! And I have full sensation.
For yaniv to say it's still swollen after 4 months? It's not been looked after. It's been played without from the start.
We're told not to use anything apart from dilators for the first coupé of months! Not sexual activity at all in that time.
It souhds like yaniv didn't listen and went for it with so much gusto that bits fell off!
Oh and bet the "clit"is there! Apparently most men can't find it on women anyway

Mine wasn't for sexual reasons. It was to alleviate my dysphoria. It doesn't get rid of it. It's still and always will be there. It just makes it easier to deal with.
I am what they call a HSTS. Which is a homosexual transsexual. It just means I'm still interested in guys. I've never been a sexual person even before the surgery. And I'm still not. The only difference is that I'm content with myself at long last.
I knew that the surgery wouldn't "cure" my dysphoria. It was the next step in my treatment.
Yaniv is definitely suffering from severe mental health issues. And people like that should have way more therapy than there is at the moment. Unfortunately the end goal us surgery if one goes through therapy and hormones. Instead it should be seen as a last resort.
So this trannie is happy with the surgery. And I still have dysphoria. But nowhere near as bad as it was before surgery

Even if it's that bastard Yaniv, I have to admit that on the one hand this situation makes me mad.
We see that all this LGBT marketing, this hype of transition as a universal solution to all problems, produces unrealistic hopes in the heads of people who are unstable or desperate.
We understand that Yaniv sincerely believed that by having the operation he would erase his old self and make a new start.
He would suddenly become a supermodel who would seduce every woman on the planet.
And finally, he begins to understand that he has turned into nothing at all. He remained the same sick human being, who hates and can't stand himself.
But on top of that, today he has become severely crippled. And his life will never be the same again.
We also understand from what he says that the doctors who agree to perform this kind of mutilation are playing the sorcerer's apprentice. They experiment, nothing is standardised, each one has his own little artistic touch.

About the same as they do now, more or less. More people are going to be calling bullshit on the whole trans ideology, less people will be putting up with the self indulgent anti women agenda and rank misogyny that underpins most TRAs. More people will be peak transed post the next 2 Olympics, less trans morons, spineless dupes and bullies will be around because 41% is a reasonable and achievable goal.

Bingo, though I would like to point out that even in an era of ever-growing lgbT tolerance, it remains only that: tolerance. Outward bigotry isn't openly acceptable anymore, but that doesn't mean you stop getting pissed off. If anything, I'd imagine that in a good 5-10 years, the situation will go one of two ways:
1. More normies come forward and specifically say "I only have to tolerate your presence. That doesn't mean I'm obligated to like you, your interests, your online activities, or think that you're a good person."
2. More repression of criticism which will eventually boil over into another flashpoint like Superstraight. It'll most likely not be effective in curbing the wider problem, but it'll still be indicative of deep-seated resentment that can't be openly expressed.
The problem is explicitly in one direction -> Male to Female transition. FTMs do not have this problem of self-destructive fetishism (at least to the same degree). Almost every remotely normal trans person I've had extended interactions with were FTMs who just watched Steven Universe and drew kinda cute but kinda mediocre art in their spare time. Like they were fucking boring, but they weren't outwardly screeching into the void about how migrant women are legally obligated to wax their balls because they're entitled to gender-affirming treatment.
If you're a man and you want to interact primarily with women, dress like a woman, and generally consume media that's more oriented toward women, by all means: go ahead. Women are people too, women wear men's clothes all the time so the reverse *should* be logically true, and there are a lot of chick flicks that most men would be ashamed to admit that they enjoy. However, all of that does not give you the right to intrude upon women in their most intimate of moments or intrude upon spaces that are specifically meant for women.
Do you see an FTM equivalent to Yaniv who wants male doctors to treat their cervix as a prostate? No, and you know why? There isn't any FTM on the fucking planet that could remotely capture even the slightest essence of Yaniv's depravity. Furthermore, we have an unending barrage of MTFs who do broadly similar things to Yaniv, but nowhere near to the same scale.
If women wanna troon out, let em do it. They all become barren spinsters who die alone and miserable anyway. The men on the other hand? Put them through a goddamn psych eval or something! Fuck the DSMV, go back to the old standard!

Hard agree on this. Regardless of these people being mentally handicapped, society as a whole is pretty fucked in saying that people can do whatever they want and they will be accepted.

You have honed in on the precise gender dynamics that prove these mentally ill weirdos are very much their original gender. Females tend to cluster more tightly around the average, resulting in a very samey and honestly tolerable bunch of FTMs. However, males are far more diverse on the spectrum of basic competency, meaning we have some absolute screwballs that are currently being hoovered towards the nonbinary with greatly increasing power.

I feel like many doctors have a very Darwinistic approach to these patients so they're willing to castrate them; and I believe they also practice (consciously or unconsciously) a common attitude in which you treat the symptoms not the root cause.
Not many doctors want to go deep down into these people's psyches (or reject the bureaucracy that "prevents" them from conducting reaearch) and uncover the three fundamentals of transsexualism and treat those issues.
I mean if they did, GRS would cease, and overtime that attitude of superficial curing would dissipate over time, and they would probably not make much money.

The "clit" falling off is actually a pretty common complication based on what I've seen people self-report online. They always say the same thing - my clit fell off and everyone is saying this is so rare. Well maybe it's not as "rare" as people think when it seems to happen on a regular basis? Obviously this doesn't happen in every case, but "my clit fell off" stories are so common that at some point you have to wonder whether complications are being accurately recorded.
I saw one SRS patient say online that they had serious complications, but they didn't want to report it to their surgeon because they didn't want to contribute to any negative perception about SRS. Think about that one for a second! They'd rather people get duped into this surgery. (This particular person got treatment through their ER, but specifically did not tell their SRS surgeon of these issues.)
