It's horrifying that medical practices allowed Yaniv to get a fauxgina installed when it was blatantly obvious it was all fetishistic and that he can barely take care of his own hygiene, so how on earth was he ever going to follow through with the aftercare (especially since dilation is at best tedious, at worst very painful).

OK, from what I know of this shit, they cut the tip of the penis off, create a hole above the dick, route the urethra and remaining "plumbing" to the new hole, then invert what remains of the old penis into the new "stinkditch". The "clitoris" is the part that still lets you urinate (but no longer able to aim or not let it dribble all over your crotch), so how did it "fall off"?

So I guess I dont like to think about it but I had been, what the fuck would his "clit" even be? Anyone who used to follow r/NeoVaginaDisasters knows that clitoral decay is a VERY VERY common feature of neovag surgery. What's hilarious about it though is that
1.) Often these trannies don't even know what a clit is to begin with
2.) They genuinely think having a surgery where they whittle the head of your penis to clit size will somehow INCREASE the number of nerves in it (they legit think they're getting something just like a woman's)
3.) You can tell that it upsets them so much that they no longer have any sexual stimulation, but at the same time, they seem to have to put up a front with their doctors so that it doesn't look like they were just doing this for the sex aspect ("It's more about curing my dysphoria") so they try to talk around that fact

So yeah, predictable. It's almost as if the more people knew the horrors of neovagina surgery, the less people would do it!

I've had the same surgery as yaniv. Over 8 years ago.
Nothing has dropped off. Nothing has rotted! And I have full sensation.

For yaniv to say it's still swollen after 4 months? It's not been looked after. It's been played without from the start.

We're told not to use anything apart from dilators for the first coupé of months! Not sexual activity at all in that time.

It souhds like yaniv didn't listen and went for it with so much gusto that bits fell off!

I'm not upset with mine. Over 8 years ago I had the surgery. I have feeling down there.
And I did know where the clit was on a woman 😂 I saw it in a diagram lol.
Mine wasn't for sexual reasons. It was to alleviate my dysphoria. It doesn't get rid of it. It's still and always will be there. It just makes it easier to deal with.
I am what they call a HSTS. Which is a homosexual transsexual. It just means I'm still interested in guys. I've never been a sexual person even before the surgery. And I'm still not. The only difference is that I'm content with myself at long last.

I knew that the surgery wouldn't "cure" my dysphoria. It was the next step in my treatment.

Yaniv is definitely suffering from severe mental health issues. And people like that should have way more therapy than there is at the moment. Unfortunately the end goal us surgery if one goes through therapy and hormones. Instead it should be seen as a last resort.

So this trannie is happy with the surgery. And I still have dysphoria. But nowhere near as bad as it was before surgery

Surgeries oughta be regulated the same way drugs are. First, you should have to prove it does something by working on cadaver tissue or some shit. Then you prove it's safe. Maybe you do it on some monkeys or whatever. Then, you do it on small populations and you document everything. Then, if all that goes well, you ask a panel of experts nicely to let you market your product to the public.
Right now surgery is the wild west, any weirdo fuck with the appropriate license can just go turning cocks inside out. We have absolutely no good statistics about how many of these surgeries fail, how many recipients are happy with the result, how many regret it, how many are so disfigured they kill themselves, etc.
I don't have a lot of sympathy for Yaniv given his history, but I think a ton of the people that end up at these genital chop shops are just confused and damaged, and I feel bad that these surgeons are allowed to market this shit to them.
 
Poorly controlled diabetes is a huge risk factor for post surgical complications (between 300% to 700% increase). ‘Clitoral’ loss is a known risk for trans patients, Yaniv should never have been a candidate for this surgery.

I can’t be too sympathetic about this happening to a predatory paedophile, but the poor sods who go into this without fully understanding the risks are being failed by the medical establishment.
