I'd like to pose a question to the DSP experts of this esteemed body. Is there any way at all that DSP can parlay his current situation into a sustainable business model? Hypothetically, say he unlearns years of pigroach habits overnight, starts engaging with his chat, and gains the work ethic of a normal person. Would even that save him, or is his reputation too irrevocably fucked for even the most drastic of changes to save him?

Yes. Phil needs there to always be a small group of severely mentally ill hermits to give him thousands of dollars per year for basically doing nothing. It's worked for years, it's never made any sense, so why should it stop.

Putting effort into his stream or being competent in any regard would actually be harmful to Phil at this point. His entire appeal is that he's terrible and a joke.

I doubt his pastey ass has even been to a beach in the past 3 decades.

I can see him being dragged there for some Forced Family Fun, hating it since he couldn't play with his toys/can't swim/etc and then disavowing it for life.

I don't know about profit margins but in 2020 YT revenue accounted for 10% of Google's revenue. It's a major part of Google now, not some small off-shoot with infinite Google money to throw around like Dave would like to have you believe.

I rarely use "disagree" but Phil has very little to talk about because he literally has no life. Weather has been a huge part of his pre-schtream stalling for years now. He knew this was coming and he just defers to victimhood evéry single opportunity he gets.

I think he meant Youtube creator's revenue plummeted in 2017 and that would be correct. Also the numbers you posted are for YT's revenue, not profit.
 
This is honestly pitiful for a full time streamer, there are people that stream just as a hobby that could pull similar numbers. He can make all the excuses he wants and say it's just a "troll meme" to say that his community is dying, but it's coming much sooner rather than later. I would almost feel bad for him but I know he'll keep it up until the last whale sets out to sea, claiming he did nothing wrong, he did everything correct, all while not changing a damn thing about his content or streams. That's when the real fun will begin, because a penniless Phil, is a salt mine like no other.

Phil just said that he figured out the plot of dang it grampa 3 episodes ago,he is ack ack acking and saying that you need to lack a functioning brain and have no thought process for yourself or any deduction skills to not see whats going on. I'm going to remind everyone that Phil cloudn't figure out the plot of bugsnax and was in shock at the ending,bugsnax being a game in which the bugsnax are parasites that take over your body,and in the first five minutes of the game you give 3 bugsnax to an NPC ,the NPC arm turns into a bugsnax and says "This? Oh this is just a side effect of eating bugsnax!!".

I watched 5 minutes of a non commentary gampelay, the first NPC you run into is starving and asks you to catch 3 bugsnax so he can eat them. After he eats the first one his arm take the shape of the bugsnax he ate and tells you "This? Phil you are fucking autistic if you didn't figure this out after 5 minutes of playing. This is why adults that like children games ,books or movies are exceptional, those pieces of media are made for kids or teenagers that are much less mature and in the case of children don't have the same cognitive abilities ,liking something meant for 10 year olds when you are almost 40 only shows how stupid and immature you are since at that age you should consoom things that are more complex.

Yes. - He admits his faults.
- Apologizes to his community for the lack of fan interaction with him and begging for money 24/7.
- Takes the tip goal down and accepts any contribution.
- Actually thanks his fan base for the tips they send. Genuine thanks not half assed.
- Don't be afraid of the trolls he encounters. Joke with them or give some banter back.
- Set up games to play with the fans instead of being pussified by multiplayer.
 
Let's not forget he's mostly just coasting while he's banking heavily on his parents kicking the bucket sooner rather than later so he can try and cash in on whatever inheritance they left him. Let's wish the pigroach's parents a long life! :lol:

And as a bonus, he expressed more SAWLT about one person being the bulk of the Tips Goal. This is the rest of your life, Phil. That's not changing anytime soon.

What's everyone theory when his parents die? Hope they live long to enjoy what life they got left.

I got two scenarios:
1. Phil packs up says fuck Washington and bounces into a paid off house or close to so less mortgage. Streams from his parents home till his death day.

2. Sells their house. Uses that money along with inheritance on WWE champions. I would say stream till he dies in Seattle but never know what could happen.

I love how he believes people are anxious about going through paypal because of "da trolls" and not because he has vocally confirmed he can have access to varied amounts of your personal information and they don't trust him.
 
Giving Phil immortality alongside his Twilight Zone worthy life would be the best entertainment. Destined to piss away all money he gets his hands on, refuses to stop, and cannot end it.

He's gonna do the same thing as last time by keeping both houses and do absolutely nothing with his parents' house. If anything he will have to ask his paypigs for even more money to pay for the extra bills

It's very important to remember that these tips are only ever mentioned when he comes back from break and the tip total is less than the arbitrary goal.

Every single tip in the lovely @Piece of Peace spreadsheet, that we can attribute to this particular paypig, has been on streams that had not hit the goal prior to his going on break.

The spreadsheet only dates back to late April, but a few random spot checks on dates earlier in the year had the same MO from "OneMinuteMan". It'd take a little more work to verify every single stream since this phenomenon began but I have no reason to believe that it's not the same deal everytime.

We know he hides money but he's so transparent and sloppy-to the people paying attention anyway-with this particular scam that I believe it should be reinforced.

I'm also very curious about the arrangement he has with this pathetic cuckold that is seemingly sending money every single day.
