It's a real possibility considering AC in Washington isn't really necessary. Lots of fans and window AC's will be running for a couple days on a system not used to that type of power draw.
No doubt it'll be something like that. Phil won't pass up the opportunity to bitch about something beyond his control to show how rough his life is.

If Phil had a kid, his or not, he would absolutely, no doubt in my mind, still play games in his "office" and leave parenting to Kat, and this is the exact answer he'd use. Tell me if you disagree, but I'll just call you a detractor.

This is a weird statement as someone who plays fighting games. This makes it sound like he's constantly switching his character after he wins, something that is banned in tournament play due to the constant pressure it puts on your opponent to adjust their matchup knowledge. Phil you're such a nice guy who does nothing wrong!

One of the many reason's why you should never be jealous of Phil for any reason. This dude is miserable.
Why would you go to the beach to beat the heat when you can just loaf on your couch?
Because it's outside (DSP hates outside; i.e. just look at how pale he is)
Because there's water. (DSP hates the water in his own home)
Because it's a gathering place for friends (DSP has no friends)
And it's the dumbest place to be to just watch movies, be on your phone, and play video games. (direct sunlight on phone so phone gets hot while sucking more power than usual, no place to plug in his console or TV)
So of course he gives reasons why other people should never go to the beach because there is no point of him going.. and if you go, just the thought of you having fun makes him miserable.
And after I read this, Phil got his ass kicked with his best player DeeJay and is quitting the lobby lmaoooo.

Has Phil ever addressed why he is still so average at a game franchise he has been playing for close to 30 years? I just can't imagine 'dedicating' so much time and money into something and still being mediocre.

I really hope this Frank Hassel stuff at least grows us some hatchet lore. I want him to talk about it and say he has self=defense weapons, and post more photos of them. I hate that the writers wrote them out, they are one of my favorite parts of the lore.

This is from the guy who's constantly bitching about it being 10 to 15 degrees hotter in his middle unit condo than it is outside.
Gee Phil, I don't know why anyone in that situation would want to go sit outside in the shade next to an ocean breeze a few feet from a giant body of water that's temperature is only 5 to 10 degrees warmer than the overnight temperature that they can walk in to whenever they want.
It's like he doesn't even know what outside is like anymore.

What was the full context to this? Focusing on the past with ports of old games is the definition of minimum effort, maximum profit...how is creating new characters in a more demanding game in terms of hardware the minimum effort scenario here?

So really all you need to do to troll Phil is to ask him if he does anything a normal person with friends and family would do, like go to the beach, and you will get a bitter rant about it.
It reminds of the time someone suggested he go on a a picnic with Kat (I think it was while restaurants were closed for covid and he was bitching about not getting to eat out) Of course he responded to the picnic suggestion by calling the guy a fucking idiot for suggesting he eat his food cold, like thermal containers aren't a thing.

I thought the losing partnership arc was one of the best in years but now seeing this 40 year old man living off the charity of others trying to convince himself everything's fine all the while shitting on whatever's left of his legit fans is so funny it's tragic. He couldn't care less if his viewer count went down to the 2 digits as long as a couple of wheelchairs not even watching his streams came out to give him a hundred dollars every day. People have already been saying for years how DSP only cares about money but I think it's never been more obvious, there are no words to describe how much this man hates what he does for a living, at this point I'm convinced he believes he deserves being given money just for existing and being around for 13 years, I mean he IS the inventor of lets plays, it is what it is, sound good?
