Technically there was actually a lawsuit filed. This sort of confirms that on law shit, Vic just hires a lawyer and ignores it from then on. So far as I can tell, he never had to appear in court.

Which is ideally why you hire a lawyer. You go about your life as normally as you can, and your lawyer does the legal shit.
Although, in this particular case, I think Vic should be more involved in this. As Ty likes to say, gay pants lasagna man is his own best advocate.

I can't believe Vic actually answers email. I never answer email, I just completely ignore it, my Gmail often has literally thousands of unanswered, unread emails, I never answer the phone, as far as I care, everyone can go fuck themselves, if you want to talk to me, actually just physically show up and knock on my door. And usually, I'll just even ignore that and pretend not to be home. Seriously, fuck everyone.

This was actually an enjoyable show. Vic has charism in buckets, and, say what you will about Nick's political/legal opinions, he's an incredibly good host. He's able to coax the guest into conversation, and let the guest carry the show with some nudges here and there.

I forgot who the first victim was, but someone super chatted that question to one of Nick's guest. After that it became a gay tradition to ask every guest Nick has that question.
It was moderately funny the first half dozen guests, then it became autistic.

EDIT: 20 minutes after Nick's usual ending time, Nick just finished the $20 superchats. Combining that with the fact that the GFM got about $650 in donations for the two hours Vic was on, they both made off like bandits.
