That last one’s pretty cool

I love the idea that you can stream games of various genres and sizes on your phone or computer. Provided you have an above-average connection and a decent controller, it's quite convenient.Xbox Cloud Gaming is the streaming service, it's available at the higher tier of game pass(Ultimate) but not the basic one. In the basic one it's all downloads.
Agreed, developers can constantly update, for example LoL/DotA 2/PoE, but EA/2K's all like "yeah nah fuck off, buy next year's copy".Sports games should just be a platform. One or two of the same sports games a generation.
Also: Sports games don't need to use officially licensed players (or likenesses). Make a sports game in an entirely fictional world!Sports games should just be a platform. One or two of the same sports games a generation.
That sounds like fun, it would scare people and it wouldn't work. Also: Sports games don't need to use officially licensed players (or likenesses). Make a sports game in an entirely fictional world!
I'm still waiting for the Enders Game battle school training game to be made into vidyaAlso: Sports games don't need to use officially licensed players (or likenesses). Make a sports game in an entirely fictional world!
Yeah but Dragon Quest VII.Single Player game designers who make gigantic 100 hour+ story driven campaigns are idiots, no SP Campaign should take more than 20 hours to complete. Biggest offender of this are JRPGs.
Chrono Trigger is one of the most loved JRPGs. You know why? Because the game is actually super short. It has a nice little story to tell and it gets it done without excessive padding. Hardly anyone talks about the game's only sequel, Chrono Cross. And that's because Chrono Cross has a long slog of a story.
I'm not against games having value via lots of content. Hell games that can be played for hundreds of hours should be treasured. But game designers should instead make smaller multiple campaigns. It would help designers break away from the tired cliches of a nobody orphan becoming the chosen one.
That's kinda what PES does (all of the branding and player names are changed but still recognisable), and it's also more fun to play than FIFA, in my opinion. Also: Sports games don't need to use officially licensed players (or likenesses). Make a sports game in an entirely fictional world!
Battlefront in general is a shitload of fuck and was never good.EAfront 2 has far worse infantry gameplay then it's predecessor. The jetpacks in 1 made the game 1000% more fun and all the people who complained about it ruining immersion can fuck off, gameplay comes first always.
Anything "good" related to the prequels was Stockholm syndrome and that only broke once Disney Wars sent the franchise into it's grave.Battlefront in general is a shitload of fuck and was never good.
Was the Rogue Squadron series good? I played the hell out of them but they always kinda felt janky. People seem to remember them much more fondly than they deserve.Anything "good" related to the prequels was Stockholm syndrome and that only broke once Disney Wars sent the franchise into it's grave.
Except Star Wars Episode One Racer
Rouge Squadrons 1 and 2 were like the spiritual successors to X-Wing and Tie Fighter to many people. They were made because Shadow of the Empire's hoth's flying stages turned out to be incredibly popular so that's why Rogue Squadron was a thing. Was the Rogue Squadron series good? I think what I disliked the most was that the games all had the same missions, more or less. Trench run, Hoth, Yavin time!, It's a trap!!Rouge Squadrons 1 and 2 were like the spiritual successors to X-Wing and Tie Fighter to many people. Rogue Squadron 3 introduced ground missions and was kind of weird but still good.
It's called BugSnax. Now I wish there was a FPS Pokemon game but idk how that'd work tbh. It'd also have to have real time combat, not that turn based crap.
