Allen Ginsberg was defending pedophilia in various forms for decades and he's a gay rights hero. Same for Peter Tatchell. (lol, not pedophilia, but he recently accused some UK government group of homophobia when they cut down some bushes because random homos wouldn't stop banging in them)

Troons aren't necessarily pedos. However, troonism seems to be pretty enthusiastic about enabling children to consent to things they really aren't capable of consenting to.

Levine supports transing kids and is repeating the falsehood that puberty blockers are safe. They're obviously personally biased. Levine is not qualified for this position.

Okay, and this person has been a child doctor for nearly 30 years and hasn't diddled any kids yet. Them being trans isn't magically going to make them more of a pedo.

They're repeating a falsehood that is the current popular sentiment in medicine while that's bad and I disagree with it I don't see it as proof of some pedo agenda.

Again this dude has been Pennsylvania's Physician General and Health Secretary for the past 6 years and there's been no enforced trooning of children in that state so I highly doubt they'll be able to make a Federal one.

The way I see it is paedos will try to access kids through any method they can, whether it's abusing kids in their own families, dating/grooming single mums to get to their kids, becoming children's trusted teacher/doctor/religious leader/social worker/babysitter/scout master, travelling across the world to countries where there's less safeguarding, ingratiating themselves with rich or powerful people to have some immunity from the law (see Epstein, Saville, any number of celebrity pervs) or joining political movements to try to advocate for paedophilia in various guises. Most people are not nonces but any group that has anything to do with children needs to have measures in place to stop the small minority who are, otherwise they're going to find all the paedos flock to them as they think they've found a loophole or some place that will let them abuse kids.
Just like churches, the gay rights movement, social services all had to get their shit together and deal with this, the trans movement needs to do the same, and it's really dragging its feet on that. Lots of trans people speak out about it and against child transition and anything that inappropriately treats children like adults, but they're quickly shut down by the mainstream activists who know the right language to use to get people cancelled and stop the discussion.

Also, identifying as transgender is strongly associated with various cluster B personality disorders. Has he been screened for these disorders? Yes, those would strongly affect his ability to do this job. You might have an argument if we were talking about whether or not he should be hired to collect garbage. But he's not.
