📚 Megathread Tranny Sideshows on Social Media - Any small-time spectacle on Reddit, Tumblr, Twitter, Dating Sites, and other social media.

I believe 'Autism' is probably just a label, a medical shorthand that could be phased out soon when doctors have found better explanations - just like how phrenology was a legit science back then. The word neurodiversity has a root in political activism rather than real science, because for some reason, it's easier to convince people to jump on their cause if they're made to believe that people with this condition are fundamentally 'broken' and should be accepted/pitied.
Just a small thing: I think the "actual", non-politicized term would be neurodivergent. Because that's what it is, it's a neurological condition that diverges from the expected condition.

Of course, morons think "divergent" is a Bad Word, so we're stuck with "diverse" instead.

I agree that autism is a bit of a placeholder, much like the word “cancer” is. It likely describes a myriad of mental illnesses that are very similar yet completely different with little way to discern them for the time.

I think diagnosis tend to happen when a person’s issues start affecting their life negatively. With kids it could be schooling, attention issues or learning disabilities and since college is so important to obtaining a middle class life now, most parents are gonna do what they can to help their kids succeed there.

I do know plenty of people who were diagnosed very young, went through some therapies and were in mainstream schools by kindergarten as just a bit of a weird kid. But then the argument could be made that they might have grown out of their tendencies anyway (a good example is the flapping of arms, all toddlers do this and almost all outgrow it naturally by age 5-6)

I don’t think proper autism diagnosis come from neglectful parents, because parents who neglect their kids aren’t gonna notice that little Timmy can’t emote properly. Autism prevalence does go up in older parents though, It would be great to treat issues with personal nuance, and that likely happens in one on one therapies, but the reality is that:
1: in the US at least a diagnosis and label is necessary to get help from public schools and to be eligible for certain early therapies and schools that are helped out by the govt.
2: Humans love to label shit. It’s literally how our brain works and stopping that is really really hard. We don’t label to know what we are, we label to know what we aren’t, Its unlikely to stop, but you as an individual get to decide how much importance you attach to those labels.

I think there's no problems if autism is simply seen as a diagnosis that is worth mostly used as the model for treatment, but now people are actually believe it is a real, singular, concretely defined neurological wiring that has to be a political identity movement out of it. That's the problem because what we know about autism is far from clear to what it really is.

The thing about autism from "neglectful parents" I was talking about isn't a "real" autism, as an inborn condition, but rather a misdiagnosis that are borne out of the hapazard assessment and school funding system. Neglectful parents who didn't socialised enough with children can create kids with behavioural problems in school which are mistaken as autism because parents may give out the false information that made them look like it's "not their fault", and it is easier to get services if you're intentionally label a kid autistic even if they don't fit into the criteria well enough or has a lot of unclear aspects.

I think there are a lot of things that look similar autism but not really autism or not worth a label if assessed thoroughly.

Guys help.
I honestly can not tell, is this Liana "person"* a tranny or not?

Looking at her general approach towards tranny issues and the fact that she isn't constantly sperging about being a tranny, I'm guessing no.

Ah I see. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
To your first point, that’s just science illiteracy which is so prevalent that it can affect actual scientists.
Even if you are approaching a question with honest scientific integrity, if you are starting from square 1 you can easily end up with bad research. So, I dunno, it’s bad but I don’t think it’s something easily fixed.

Everytime I see someone on twitter passionately insisting they're X ethnicity, and going through the song and dance of showing everyone they "know" what it's really like being X ethnicity with specific obsucre ethnic terms, and over dramatized "trauma" I just grow more and more convinced they're either 1. very out of touch with their cultural heiritage and are overcompensating to seem more interesting or 2. actually a white kid LARPing.
They’re always Ashkenazi Jews raised in the suburbs of Northern cities by non-Orthodox, non-FOB parents who are desperately clinging to anything that makes them not a generic whitey. Hearing a couple insensitive comments once in a while isn’t the same experience as a black person and we all know it.

A close up shot of Chiyo in Drag, wearing a beautiful custom gold leather harness by @below._.the._.belt . Chiyo rocks the powerful tampon crown by @markedandsnatched . Chiyo has a glittered dirty tampon up his/their nose, two padlocks in his/their ear, and looks (even with a tampon up his/their nose) fucking sexy. Huge Kudos to anyone who immediately gets the reference for this image.
I'm not very knowledgeable about drag culture but doesn't this description completely contradict their trans bullshit? I've never heard of a twink scribbling exaggerated eyebrows and a mustache on their face and calling it drag.

So if this is considered drag aren't they just admitting that they're a woman?

Not without a waiting line five miles long. Even in an emergency, the chances of finding a vacancy is slim to none. That has only gotten worse over the years.
That is something that is so abundant in the US that in many areas there are typically surpluses where they have to begin importing people from great distance to fill the spots.

Black on black crime is a tragedy. Too bad instead of advocating for their people in Africa, all the blacks in the western world are attacking whites for having the audacity to... eliminate slavery and elevate them to unearned and self-destructive levels.

tranny brags about cooming his pants in front of his boss and losing his job
I'm curious as to how that could happen in such a way that you get fired. Did he masturbate and grind in front of everyone? I don't understand.

We’ve talked before about FTMs not realizing how hard it is to be a manlet, but damn, going from hapa girl to hapa guy is significantly more of a step down.

FTM chests are always so uncanny valley, even without the blatant scarring (if there are really any without it). The nipples always just look wrong - weirdly shaped, not quite correctly placed... I spend too much time staring at them because they confuse me so. Also, look at the tiny girl hands.

I'm not either, hadn't actually noticed that. Look others have noticed that it's all gibberish too, this is one of the examples of 'violence...[Chiyo] wakes up to every day'.

To add: Schuyler Bailar is one of a handful of FTM athletes who’ve gotten mainstream media coverage— racewalk drop out Chris Mosier and doped up wrestling champ Mack Beggs being the other two.

Schuyler was accepted to Harvard in part based on the strength of her high school swimming record and was offered a spot on the women’s swim team. However she deferred her first year to instead receive in-patient treatment for an eating disorder (bulimia IIRC) and cutting. It was during this mental health gap year that she trooned out.

When she resumed her place at Harvard, she was offered her choice of joining either the women’s or men’s swim team with Schuyler choosing the latter, hence her notoriety as the first openly FTM athlete at an Ivy. Everyone claps.

Except that wasn’t the full story. Schuyler’s times for a woman were fairly good, but against men they were abysmal. What the media narrative leaves out is that she never swam in competition for Harvard but rather in the exhibition category, meaning her times didn’t count towards the overall team score and thus didn’t affect their meets or standings. She was basically swimming against herself for time.

After she graduated she became an “activist”— easy enough thanks to her dad’s cash cushion— and has been a useless, titless idiot ever since.
