I agree, it's rather hilarious when Russell talks like his opinion has any weight. It's even better when he acts like he's some sort of big shot, and then gets mad when he isn't acknowledged. He's polite sounding here but soon he'll turn vile and nasty when it doesn't produce the desired result. Here's an old post of his that I think is a hilarious example of what I'm talking about:
I bet his lawyer is just thrilled to see him post something like this. What's it going to be about this time? He already included Ariana Grande in his first book, is it going to be entirely about his failed attempts to serve a lawsuit or about how he failed to win over Erica? Will there be more batshit crazy dream sequences? Or maybe he'll just never mention it again.

I don't feel sorry for him because his default response to being denied something is trying to destroy the person who didn't give him what he demanded.
What the frick? What did he do to deserve this? Where are his fruits? Russell put in effort and got cockblocked but this kid gets her attention? Russell WROTE HER A SONG! I bet if Russell finds this out he'll be triggered, remember, he wrote in his book that he tried to kill himself because Taylor visited an elderly fan and got a new boyfriend, then was pushed out of the way by a lawyer who just so happened to know who he was and was actively following the case. Obviously this didn't happen but Russell clearly considered suicide to be a reasonable enough reaction to that to put it in his book.
Russ is a tragic figure, but that doesn't mean he deserves sympathy. He was born with a deformity that probably made nursing difficult as an infant and got given up for adoption, got a second chance with a loving family, but his massive ego and sense of entitlement led him to make bad decision after bad decision, and destroyed any chance of making something of himself (other than making himself into an internet laughingstock.) It is kind of a tragedy to watch someone relentlessly pursue a dream they will never achieve (fame, sex with popstars, etc) and never cease to chase this selfish dream even as their awful personality drives away anyone who once cared about them. But it's also equally funny to watch a delusional, bigoted idiot rant about his plights and fail every single time without ever learning a lesson.
Hold up - if he started messaging her in 2017, how did it take 3 years for him to go to court? Does that mean he was doing this for almost 3 years before he finally ended up getting charged?
