🐮 Lolcow Russell Greer / Mr. Green / Russell Greee / Russle / Brothel Prince / @ just_some_dude_named_russell29 / A Safer Nevada PAC - Swift-Obsessed Sex Pest, Convicted of E-Stalking, "Eggshell Skull Plaintiff" Pro Se Litigant, Homeless, aspiring brothel owner

I also felt like his (not really an) apology post was about Erika. Because nothing else happened in his life, and he is obviously dying to post "his side of the story" aka lying about everything that happened, denying he ever harassed, stalked her, etc. He would certainly make an angry post the exact same way he did about Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande and calling her a bigot or something. While I would love to see what kind of lies and shit he would make up this time in his chimp out post, he certainly was threatened with something to not post about it and actually comply to it. Instead he makes vague posts about it now.

I wonder now how his twisted mind though Erika was "provoking him". That's really, really creepy and how a dangerous person would try to excuse some heinous act.

I only disagree that he make the post expecting Erika to see it. I doubt he wants her to see it or think she will see it (I mean, with him you never know the level of stupidity but...). I think he is very angry with her for not doing exactly what he wanted/expected so now just like Taylor/Ariana/That hooker he couldn't care less what she thinks, well he never really did care or it wouldn't have escalated to this, but I don't think he is attempting to show anything to her. I think he is trying to show the trolls from Kiwi Orchard and other people in his facebook circle that might know about it how he is still the good guy in here. Except he isn't.

Good time to bring this up. I hope that whatever therapist the court decides on impresses on Russ that "mediation to work on our friendship" and "go on a date" do not equate hooker/john speak in the real world. Hopefully if no one has told him yet, they will hammer it into his head that interactions with the opposite sex do not always result in suck me muh dick.

Kind of makes me wonder if, going back to his ancient posts where he still had friends if he actually tried forcing or coercing in bad faith to any girls naive enough to go on a date with him. He strikes me as the type to go way overboard on a first date, and he definitely strikes me as the type that girls would bring along a friend or sibling to act as protection.
I wonder this because of that anecdote shared by some girl who went to high school with him. The gay girl who butternut was pressuring for sex.

If memory serves, Russ has only gone on a handful of "dates" where he wasn't paying a woman to be there with him. And most of those were "group dates" where a bunch of LDS young adults all go on some activity together, often members of a singles ward, to hang out, have fun, get to know each other, and maybe some of them make a connection and move on to real dates. I think only maybe two or three girls have ever gone on pity dates with him, and none of them ever went out a second time with him. Russ is repulsive even to the nicest, sweetest, kindest, most tolerant of young women.

Magical Star Buddy powiedział(a):
3. On June 251n, a process server in Washington D.C. served Swift's long-time lawyer, J.
Douglas Baldridge of the Venable law firm. Greer relied on the "implied authority to accept
service" doctrine for Baldridge to accept service. Baldridge has accepted service on Swift's
behalf in at least 7 past lawsuits, thus implying authority to accept service.
4. On June 26`n, Baldridge emailed Greer and told Greer that service was not valid, nor would
Baldridge accept service, and that Plaintiff would have to serve Swift personally. EXHIBIT A.

6. Plaintiff waited to see if Baldridge would file an appearance and change his mind about what
he told Greer in the email.

lmao what a dumbass.

Edit - I have the CourtListener extension that @AnOminous mentioned but it doesn't look like it auto grabbed the PDF? Not sure how to get it there, or maybe it did and just takes a bit before it shows up?

Here we go again. Russell still hasn't figured out how this whole process serving thing works, which is sort of a shame since I'd love to watch his legal arguments get torn apart. Since he's pro se he's been given lenience on these matters in the past but still failed ultimately. Will a federal court be as likely to grant this motion? I just love how his exhibits are all Facebook posts or random blogs from years ago. And just LOL at how he waited almost 3 weeks for Baldridge to "change his mind" :story:

"greer has a better chance of winning the lottery than personally serving her." so close to awareness, so close!

"swanky" 😄

God, all this listing of addresses and insane persistent methods of trying to get to Swift are creepy as fuck. Still you can feel the palatable envy from Russtard as he has to see all of Taylor's mansions and condos, while he sits in a barely furnished studio his parents pay half the rent for

The same. Exact. Shit. The same exact shit he tried to pull last time. And he's been told SEVERAL times now that just because a lawyer has been authorized to accept service on behalf of Swift for certain suits DOES NOT mean they are authorized to accept service for THIS suit. Different attorneys are used for different types of cases, so it wouldn't be appropriate for them to accept service for a client for all their cases. And their client has to specifically authorize them to accept service on their client's behalf. This is seriously not a difficult concept to understand, even for someone like me who is a legal layman. But Russ is either incapable or unwilling to accept the facts, even after having gone through legal education, working in law offices, and having it explained to him by experts. Honestly, it's become painful to watch at this point. Painful and embarrassing to watch, but no less hilarious.

Here we go again. Russell still hasn't figured out how this whole process serving thing works, which is sort of a shame since I'd love to watch his legal arguments get torn apart. He filed in federal court the last time he tried to used the legal system to bend T-Swiz to his demented will. The judge explained to him several times why he was fucking up, what he needed to do to fix the fuck-ups, and arguably was too generous with the court's time until finally it had gotten ridiculous to allow him to continue. I can't say if it being the federal court or Shit-lips being a pro se litigant had anything to do with the leniency he received, or if the judge was just personally generous, or they were just bored and watching an obvious retard flounder and fail with simple legal procedures gave them a chuckle. We will likely never know for sure. The only thing that is certain is Russ is wasting hundreds of dollars YET AGAIN on a pointless crusade and is staring down the double barrels of inevitable failure and embarrassment. That's as sure as death and taxes.

Edit: I had to fucking laugh at Russell A.) Thinking a security guard would be posted on Taylor's floor at her "swanky condo" at all times, and B.) That a security guard would be considered an "adult resident". She's got a team of professional bodyguards with her everywhere she goes. Why would there need to be a $11/hr rent-a-cop on her floor? And in what reality would they be considered to "reside" there? To be a resident they would need to reside there, i.e.: LIVE there. It's right there in the word RESIDEnt. Its simple fucking English. This fucking guy, I swear...

JFC he's still trying to serve Venable LLP despite being told numerous times that's not how it works. He really doesn't pay attention to anyone except himself. And his use of phrases like "frankly" and "Simply put" are so goddamn unprofessional. He writes these legal briefings exactly like he writes his posts on social media. I mean, yeah, serving a lawsuit on Taylor Swift would be tough for just about anyone, especially when you've never met or had any interaction with her, but his inability to learn despite so many failures just highlights the fact that he knows nothing about the legal system despite spending most of his adult life trying to wield it as a weapon.

Isn't this why people hire servers, to serve papers to people who are difficult to personally reach?

Will a federal court be as likely to grant this motion?

He filed exactly this motion last time. And the case is in front of exactly the same judge who denied it and threw out his case earlier because when they realized it was the same case from the same nutcase, they transferred it to her. Alternative service is for when a defendant is actively evading service or is for some reason inaccessible. Just being too stupid to do it correctly even after having it explained doesn't justify letting you just not serve the defendant.

I'm sipping my coffee, listening to this and just giggling like a moron. My dogs are looking at me like I've gone insane. Thanks, for giving me a great morning. Sucks the text overlay stopped after about 15 minutes because slurpy is hard to understand.
As soon as he said “um, there will be blood is a movie...” I had to stop listening. There’s some things just too dumb, even for me.
