What the internet needs is a website with the brand recognition of places like YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc., but with the hands-off approach to free speech like Kiwi Farms. The more you try to silence people for having an opinion on something, the more your site becomes intellectually inbred like ResetERA or r/incels. An open platform encourages competition of ideas, so the ideas that would be most successful would be the best ideas.

Survival of the fittest isn't just for wild animals.

Will never happen unless it's somehow created & maintained in a way that's completely decentralized like cryptocurrency. You're inherently fighting a massive uphill battle to get into that space and if you finally do you attract all kinds of attention. Yeah it's easy to talk tough about not being bought and paid for when you're a nobody but if you own the next big social media platform (tm) and all of a sudden some investors want to come in and offer you $50,000,000 to have a stake in your company and you're actually staring that money in the face it's pretty hard if not impossible for the average person to say no to that.

Considering the fact, that Restaurants have just re-opened their lobbies so customers can eat inside today, here in Arizona. The Dems wants more regulation to keep people inside their homes. I'm already sick and tired of not being able to do anything outside of working. Not only that but things are slowly going back to normal around here. The Dems are going to fuck up some legit businesses into bankruptcy with them trying to meddle the economy. (Not like they haven't already mind you.)

If I recall Trump did call it a hoax, but he was talking about things the Democrats were saying about it, not that the Coronavirus itself was a hoax.

And the disbandment of the medical team happened. Except it wasn't as much as "disband" as it was a "merge" because there were two teams doing very similar work so Trump just made those two teams into a single team to make things easier for them.

Of course, saying this won't get you asspats online so it's easier to misrepresent what happened to make yourself feel good.

TBH, I would have given Obama SOME benefit of the doubt to bash Trump, IF Biden was the nominee in 2016, because it's customary for an outgoing two-termer to support passing the baton to their running mate. Hell, he would even make Biden sound articulate without a teleprompter.

Remember when Bush gave interviews bashing Obama throughout his first term, two-thirds which was Obama blaming Bush on everything? Me neither. Hell, Trump bashed Bush more than Obama during him campaign, because he was gutting the establishment, and years before in 2011, ironically helped Obama's reelection when Obama deflected the birther controversy to Bin Laden's death.

Remember when Trump bashed Obama throughout his campaign and blamed him for every setback that has occured his first term? Me neither. In such desperation from the left, it wasn't until Obama started whining and attempting to deflect again and appease his media cheerleaders who were chanting about this being HIS economy until two months ago. Ain't gonna work this time.

If i'm not mistaken it popped up after the 2nd democratic debate with bloomberg. One of the last questions asked was about corona and mike claimed trump defunded the CDC and disbanded a pandemic response team, a team that was redundant and merged into another pandemic response team. He then spent a couple hundred million running ads with this claim and the media jumped on it after it caught on.
