I don't think Kat wants kids given she's already dealing with a giant one.
Bitch wanted a sugar daddy and got a sugar son.

With however many thousands a month that just got freed up into disposable income? Kat better play her cards right because Phil is now solvent enough to trade up to a less horse-y woman who does want kids

I LOVE IT! Said it before and I will say it again. Phil fascinates me. He could fall from a plane, land in a pile of shit, and walk away clean. The man is a constant failure but never gets touched by it.

As a big fat failure who sucks with money, I like how DSP won this.
It gives hope to people like me, who deserve no hope but get it anyway.

Credit card companies are super happy with this result, that's why they didn't fight it. They've gotten their money and then some with minimum payments plus interest. Now they get to offer this proven financial chump some more credit with higher interest and they get to keep collecting that sweet sweet interest. Credit card companies love bankruptcy.
This is my hope. Phil has learned nothing from this except that he can get bail outs. I hope he just starts going on to being interesting soon. This whole chapter 7 thing has been like a wet fart of an ending to what was the best drama he'd had in a while.

Thank you. So basically he is still in debt, only not as deep as before, but still deep enough?

Yeah, more or less.

I think once you back out the credit card debt and resolve the ct condo, it looks normal. Mortgage and car loan. Both well within his means

He still has taxes to pay, too. But that will likely go on the wayside in favor of giving Scopely his tips to get his shiny half-naked men with the pretty stars.

Isn't this what we wanted though? Asset case goes through and Nancy takes whatever she can? A dismissal seemed to always be a long shot. Now she can come in and start taking his shit. He's been way too bitchy the past couple weeks so something might be happening "behind the scenes."

Only asset worth anything is the WAkhando.

Also his taxes.

It's just similar to how the government bails out the banks and they learn nothing when they become responsible for crashing the economy again.

Well, people claimed that he makes 100 000 dollars a year and he ended up filing for bankruptcy, so something just doesn't add up. In any case people forget another trait of Phil - he always finds a way to fuck up the consequences of his dumb luck, so we just need to wait for that.

An astute man who is capable of recognizing the gift he has just been given would take this opportunity to deal with the taxes.

What will Phil do with this opportunity? Was his handling of the viral success of KOGaming a mere foreshadowing of what we are about to witness?
