I'm waiting for somebody with knowledge to explain the situation. It seems to be too easy for a guy with phil's income to just get away with no consequences. But maybe it is and we are the idiots who follow the rules...

I swear this man must have made a deal with the Devil. No person has this luck except him. I am hoping it gets overturned but I really don't know anymore. But if he does walk away from this, I really hope karma gets him when Khat finally leaves him.
he's probably more upset about being kicked from Uselessness than he would be if kat left him

the main issue was him claiming taxes as a monthly expense, significantly reducing his income to come in under the chapter 7 threshold

and we all know he doesn't pay or save for his taxes until due date, where he just goes onto a line of credit with the IRS

even if his "expenses" were true, he could still afford $6,000 over 36 months

This pigroach luck strikes yet again. Something tells me the speds who constantly emailed Nancy are to blame for this.

"God, my email keeps getting clogged up by these faggots telling me about one person out of x many I have to deal with. He may have suspect filings, but fuck it, I'm going to discharge it to get these fags off my case".

If there is one thing you can count on people in the legal system to do, it's take the easiest possible route.

i'm gonna wait for soapqueen's analysis before I decide whether or not to cry

It's a hope, not a prediction.

Phil did eat a ban for threatening a child though so there's precedent.
It's not the right thread for this conversation, so just FYI in short why you received disagreement:
He was temporary banned 2 times for an almost not recognizable time. First ban most likely for giving bits a monetary value (we assume). The second ban for insulting a guy for having a blue beard. So a financial reason to avoid problems with law and the other one some SJW shit. He won't ever get banned for insulting anyone on a regular. Twitch hasn't cared for the 11 year old girl; maybe if she'd claimed to be non-binary.

So my question is why does this one say automatic. I don't think any of the other entries said that. Is this essentially none of the debtors objected to the bankruptcy and so this order was automatically granted?

do the people who said: "dont intervene, just let the ship crash on its own" feel stupid yet?

No because it may very well be those fuckers who caused this to happen with their fuckery.

The deadline just expired. Neither the trustee nor anyone else did anything.

I'm not sure whether the report will do anything or whether the trustee will be liquidating anything. That might potentially be interesting but I'm going to assume terrorists win at least until we see something saying otherwise.

ok, now this is epic.

hopefully it’s still an asset case so he will probably lose the house which he said he wouldn’t.

Still a fairly Pyrrhic victory from his perspective. All it means is that the court accepted Phil is so hopeless that he is unable to meet his debts as they become payable, largely on the evidence he provided.

It explains the ear ache. Couldn't face the troll tips.
