It's not too late to change. 12th Amendment:
"But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

22nd Amendment imposes the term limits.

Taken together they prevent twice elected presidents from being VP.

Which they do. Which, to tie back to the immigration thing earlier, is why they're always saying "We need illegals as slave labor to do the jobs Americans won't do." A particular habit I've noticed of the TDS-afflicted, especially on Twitter, is the rush to vomit up their stinging rebuttal to the bad orange man without thinking about what they're saying, or what point they're trying to make. They've gotta be the first one to call him bad and orange, regardless of what he's actually saying or doing. This leads to examples like this one, where Chunk Yogurt doesn't realize the basic logic of "more tests = more confirmed cases."

The keyword, of course, is "confirmed." I'd say the immigration ban is aimed at preventing the unconfirmed cases from slipping past our borders and increasing the infection here. Other countries aren't testing as much, and many of the Chinese-made tests aren't working at all anyway. And considering reports that the number of asymptomatic carriers may be much higher than initially thought, the ban looks all the smarter.

Finally, if anyone is still trusting China's numbers after all this time, then I've got a bunch of bridges in New York to sell them.

Let me preface this with the fact the Dems are not going to play these fuck-fuck games because of the extreme potential for blow back. Obama was at best a useful idiot, who can lend his nigger shine to Biden by stumping for him. Biden is Senile so even more controllable. There is no need to try to find weird fucking race conditions (ha!) in the consititution and risk an escalation.

But if they did:
Obama is illegible to be ELECTED President again, but is not illegible for the OFFICE of president; that is, he meets the age and citizenship requirements. Its pretty clear that the 22nd intended that a 2-term president should never again be president, but thanks to the court-packing crippled commie puppet, they couldn't write it like that and simply had to bar a two term president from being re-elected.

Or to put it another way: If Obama got elected to the HoR, and got himself selected speaker, and then called in the favors ISIS owes him to kill the then-current president and vice president, there would be nothing stopping Speaker Obama from assuming the role of President as outlined in the order of succession.

You've got your timing a bit off. The 22nd Amendment was proposed in 1947, two years after the court-packing crippled commie puppet died, and finally ratified in 1951. There's debate as to whether the 12th and 22nd Amendments combined would prevent a two-term president from running as VP, but I think most campaigns wouldn't even bother trying so as not to have a potential constitutional crisis.
