If you remove the erectile tissue completely, you will have zero sensation down there. A lot is removed to be sure! However, some tissue is required to have a place to slap back on the neoclit (glans) and give it bloodflow.
I already had a tism slapfight about this: the dickskin and colon combo is not that bad purely in a hole to stick into sense. There are still some pelvic floor muscles that have analogous use (e.g. urethral control) so it won't react and respond the same way an actual vagina would, but still better than say, the old earthworms in a jar or a prison fee fee.
The problem mostly is the visual and olfactory aspects.
Carl Jung and the other early Jungians were 100% onto this but it got buried by later-day Jungians who suffered from this very syndrome, and remodeled as being a positive thing instead of a psychological condition that seriously damages individuals and by extension, society.
Jung called it the Puer Aeternus archetype, which is latin for 'eternal child'. One of his best students, a woman named Marie-Louise von Franz wrote a book ("The Problem of the Puer Aeternus") in the 50s describing the puer aeternus as a mother complexed manchild who is not only terrified of growing up, is often homosexual, is terrified of any sort of 'restriction' as they consider it limiting to their 'endless potential' etc etc. There's a really good article online called Puer Aeternus - underminer of civilisation and it takes a lot from her book and is the best primer on the topic online. Joking aside, that explains pretty well the bizarre demographics of this site. There are several troons here despite most of the site considering them pitiful wretches at best and utter vermin at worst. That's because the site is full of autistic tards, who are common in both the troon and far-right loony communities despite them being mortally opposed to each other.
Everyone who isn't fully indoctrinated into their empathy-enabler cult, like this guys father, usually intuit that a fear of adulthood/growing up/structure/responsibility is the primary motivation (the often unspoken one being sexual) driving delusional/indoctrinated troons towards "girlhood":

These just prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that exactly zero troons know anything about female anatomy. None of those methods will ever produce anything that looks or feels like a real vulva and/or vagina. And the idea that women just.. feel nothing in the vagina? Seriously? I know the degree of sensation/pleasure women can get from penetration varies, but I'd imagine there are very few women who basically feel nothing.

That's the most sane transbian I've ever seen. In other comments he calls srs results open wounds and wants to chose a surgery that gets him the same stuff female genitals have. He even says "actual female genitals".
But his mental illness and delusions are still strong. He wants srs asap. I guess he is going to believe the shit his fellow troon buddies tell him about srs techniques and later regrets it because it's not the result he wanted.
