I can't find anyone with such a handle on Twitter.
"showing solidarity"
Phil legitimately doesn't know the difference between
having something and
earning something. It doesn't matter if it's a teardrop tattoo, a title or the insignia of a band of brothers he's never met brought together by a conflict he's never known, he seems to legitimately believe that if he has it (either in his hand or written somewhere) then there's no problem, no insult and that everyone should treat him in the same manner they would someone who earned such titles, brands and symbols.
I don't even think he just hopes it, he seems to really believe he's entitled to it.
It's a bit frustrating but also incredibly telling: none of these things actually mean anything to him, which is why he can't figure out why they would mean so much to someone else. He understands that The One Ring has power and that the people of middle earth feel strongly when it pops up as a subject, but can't figure out why they're not all in awe of his dime store replica.
I don't know if he just doesn't understand or care or grasp the weight and history behind all these things, but it would be so depressing to never be able to look at anything and feel something deeper than "Oh boy, that looks neato!"
Also it's weird that he's constantly going on about attacks on trans women in portland and no one on his twitter or anything has pointed out that there haven't actually been any.
