Dude, I've seen family law judges that would take a parent's head off just for smoking around their child. This shit? I'm sure that same parent would just be taken out and shot.
That said, there may actually be criminal liability as well for violating child labor laws (especially for the late hour) as well as for working in a bar. My two bits: you may lose custody, but I wdoubt you'd get locked up

I just saw a video where Ru Paul said this kid is the future of America. I unironically believe once the depths of this degeneacy has been revealed we should start assaulting drag queens, who recently seem to be singularly obsessed with spreading this shit to children. Actually, judges are petty tyrants, use to intimidating people by wielding absolute power in their courtrooms. There's a good chance they'd stand their ground, unless a more powerful judge gets to them in chambers and pulls rank.

Desmond modeled for House of Mann in July, the item they made him wear isn't revealing at all and the brand supposedly makes drag queen outfits but the store and instagram is full of half naked men and suggestive pictures (and yes also drag queens), I would never in a million years let my kid have anything to do with this kind of shop and if I was the owner I would not let any kids near neither, jfc.

I first heard about the dancing at the gay bar shit from pictures of the reviews on cringeanarchy and at first I thought the reviews were just trolls but it appears I was wrong, Jesus Christ, Between the is Desmond on drugs videos and dancing at the bar shit, I have nothing but pity for this kid. Ok, I hate being a /pol/ level conspiracy theorist but it's hard not to be at this point. I had friends that we all knew were fags at age 9, I have a sister who has zero interest in girly things. But I don't believe for a second this kid willingly dressed up like a women a 2 and stuck with it. My guess is mommy caught him with lipstick and just fucking ran with it. A 2 year old barely understands gender. Fast forward 8 years and now mommy is pimping him out to gay bars. If the kids a fag what ever, let him be a fag. If the kid is a drag queen what ever let the little fag put on a dress. But to drag him around all across the country to pimp him out to sick fucks is terrible.
