He tries to play dumb. This fucker knows Tevin keeps the restreams. If he looks ignorant and not knowing, hammering down the lie "He keeps no restreams so you really can't report him, this is all wishful thinking *hint hint*" then he can't be accounted for any reports, he tries to stay on save ground as these reports would have nothing to do with him. He has to ignore the cheers with the hot information or else he would "suddenly" be aware of it, and then his future pile of lies and intentional ignorance would have no foundation. Tervin has to go down!

He knows people would see the archive when they fall for his report wish. So what do you think they will do, Dave?

Is it worth it, Dave? Slandering Tevin and feeding a gullible audience with easy to dismantle lies? What a great idea to establish trust, you piece of shit. Does he think because Tevin is an evil detractor it's fine to use immoral methods? Does he know the story of the boy who cried wolf? If there was ever any prove this guy is a notorious liar, this is it.

This guy really acts on impulse without thinking and then keeps stuck on his story because he's real and never makes mistakes.

He really needs no money, he really does not, to pay the bills.

I think he is using reverse psychology and hoping that by saying it is impossible to take Tevin down, someone will step up and do it to prove DSP wrong.

In other (old) news, being a paypig gets you special treatment. Third eye has been caught trolling Phil many many times, but always gets unbanned because he gives more money. Phil can't possibly be so stupid that he thinks Third eye put all those Tevin memes in that overlay by accident.

I've always pegged phil as a racist. Nobody says the things he does out loud who are racially tolerant. Like when he said "wtf it sounds like there is an african nation outside my house". So aside from complaining about detractors and money problems, what exactly does Phil like to talk about? We know he likes wrestling, I guess, but he never talks about it and his chat doesn't ever mention it. Seriously, I've never seen anybody be so afraid to give his opinion on harmless things like Star Wars lore and hypothetical battles between heroes than Phil is, but of course dipshit will give his completely uninformed, baseless opinions on important topics like politics and life in general. I would ask if he's really such a narcissist that he views topics "beneath" him as not even worthy of being talked about by other people in his presence, but there are too many examples of him getting asshurt over topics like this being brought up by his chat to already know the answer to that. I wonder if he does this with Kat, where she brings up a TV show or movie he hasn't watched and he snaps "WHO CARES? IT'S NOT REAL, DOOD" to her like he does his chat. Fucking sad how socially stunted he is, and he's brought it all on himself.

@Mr.PiggyOinkOinkOink has it right. The Christmas fundraiser got him like $3k in a single day, and December 2017 totaled around $10k. So it would require an exceptional amount of repeated whaling. And keep in mind that when Phil tried to revive the fundraising magic around...March or April, I think?...he got like $200 out of his arbitrary $2k goal. So there is really a limit. And, of course, if he does manage to hit $16k extra...he's going to have pay tax on that, just like last year.

No doubt he would, but he specifically isn't putting it up because 1) he wants to hide how much money he makes and 2) if he puts that up, people will stop giving as soon as he hits it, and he claims he need $16k extra to pay whatever.

The issue here is he needs $16k on top of what he currently earns - he’d need to do maths and work out how much he needs for duh bills and then how much of the $16k has been paid off from excess money. If he sticks up a tally of $16k on stream the paypigs will be confused.

Phil is in dire financial need - you can’t expect him to work it all out. He doesn’t have time to do fucking maths, he has to stream.

With his ineptitude I wouldn't be surprised. My guess is it'll either be all month, he's warmed himself up for extended periods of begging after his birthday week. Or, it'll be on screen till he gets whatever amount. The latter would be better if he wants to seems even slightly believable. I still don't understand how he apparently "desperately needed" 2k around his birthday, didn't come close but apparently nothing happened.

Am I remembering that wrong? Didn't he say he needed that 2k? Why was he fine with like $200? Always bugged me that.

The guy (he's the guy) is basically all brain stem activity. The thing is that he preys on people that are somehow dumber than he is.

I did the briefest of google searches. Phil, if we take him at his word, owes $16k in federal taxes due in April. This does not include the $1500 in state tax which are due in January. As others have said, he will need an extra $3200 per month besides what he usually brings in. There’s another problem, this will require Phil to save money, something he’s seems to have demonstrated time and time again he cannot do. Historically, according to his own admission, he’s paid his federal tax every quarter on credit cards. I’m guessing the drama with the state back taxes has disrupted him from doing that this year. So if April comes around and he has no money for his federal taxes, he could enter into a payment plan with the IRS. It would have to be paid in full within 3 years. Before interest and penalties that means his tax bill would be ~$450 per month for 36 months. The other issue is he can only do this once every 5 years. He could easily find himself in a similar situation next year without the payment plan option if he does that.

Watching Phil is starting to feel like watching someone try to balance a spinning plate on top of his already flimsy house of cards.
