It's pretty unlikely there will be some huge interstate cooperation on this. They don't even do that for important cases a lot of the time. So I don't see them having any reason to give him a deal to flip on anyone, especially if they already have what they need just from his computers.

These hoarding fucks never delete their precious stash. He might have it encrypted but they can probably get a court order to have him turn over the keys and keep him locked up until he does.

Any time a kid shoots up a school or does something fucked up I dont think its fair to say they should've known, and should have to answer for their kids crimes.

However if she was aware about the pedo shit involving his own family member, then that would be a serious problem. If not then cant hold every parent reliable for shit their kids do. Im sure she is ashamed enough knowing this will stick with him forever and he will never be able to get a job. I would only be curious to know on what her plans are with him if the shit with his nephew turns out to be true

I'm extremely happy to hear that law enforcement is taking this case of severe animal abuse seriously. I've been saying it for a while now, but crimes against animals need to be punished more harshly for a number of reasons. Not just moral ones, but practical ones; as this thread has shown us, people who abuse and torture animals are very likely to abuse and torture humans. I know activists have been pushing for a national registry of animal abusers (just like there's a national registry of sex offenders) and I think that's a great idea. People like this should never be allowed to be in the same room as animals again (or children, for that matter).

1) Sexual assault of an animal is a class C felony.

I know someone suggested it earlier that he possibly meant his mother saw him looking at cub or shotacon porn or something of the like and don't care enough to bother looking into what cartoons her son masturbates to. Also that he might just be lying so Nativus wouldn't tell his mom.

The "she thinks you keep me in line" is the most damning part. I find it hard to believe a woman could be aware her son is doing these things and that his internet "boyfriend" was scolding him for it. Although it's hard to believe any of this is real if it wasn't for the explicit images and videos. If she was aware he was doing these things and did nothing about it could she be charged for it? And if so, for what?
 
Given in these dark times, we are given some small graces from time to time.

Two thoughts.

1. I really hope we get some local coverage of this case; it could be glorious.

Why do you think the feds would take interest though? Animal and Child abuse charges generally stay at the state level unless there's significant boundary cross over or involvement of a federal agency. Even if he crossed state lines to do either, they'd just haul his ass to whatever state he committed the crimes in.

I doubt he was doing anything to warrant federal CP charges, unless he was selling the shit.

You're not wrong, but I don't feel like this guy's criminal behavior would get a federal prosecutor's nose hairs tingling unless he was orchestrating a ring of pedophiles or animal abusers for gain/profit.

As I understand it, this guy is just a degenerate freak with some DM's to a bunch of other degenerates.

No probation shit, no good behavior or parole early releases. I don't even think he could plea deal out of those.

Which is why it's imperative that they speak with the nephews - and since they're family members, I can only hope that their parents let them tell the truth of what happened to them and aren't coached to lie and protect Levi just because he's their uncle.
