They're not going to nuke it for missing a day usually. I'd say they might just because this judge apparently already detests Maddox and his shitty lawyers, but even so, the last thing you want is to punt something for a trivial missed deadline, have it get appealed, and then have it right back on your desk months later if it turns out you were wrong.

This time, though, I could see it happening. This isn't just a deadline, it's a deadline after the original was missed and they extended it. If you fuck this up, you're a big league fuckup.

I hope we see that order sometime. I'm pissed that George got anything, but with any luck it's a trifling amount.
 
The settlement is just Patreon seeking a dismissal with prejudice so that Saddox can't drag them back into this mess.

Good God, reading through that, LanDUI got BTFO harder than in the main case before. This judge is sick of his shit in particular, though I imagine he'll have a short temper for any lawyer of Maddox's going forward.

And Asterios gives us a hint of a filing for sanctions against Maddox and LanDUI.

I have believed for a while now that is easiest to tell who someone really is by their actions alone. They can have the loftiest beliefs, ideals and talking points but if their actions are of low character then you can safely throw all of the above out the window. Asterios should take note of that going forward.
