As far as I know it was requested to be refilled against Asterios but dismissed with prejudice against all other parties.
Maddox never refilled the complaint and I think by now The statute of limitations would’ve run out on this case. Not to mention the fact that Landau has sued Maddox for non-payment of services as he always does because he is a scummy fucker.

Like all lolsuits, there were no winners. Just a big pile of burn money and regrets.
No and I think that's unfortunate because the fact that Asterios Kokkinos still talks about and rides the joke 6 fucking years later kind of proves Maddox right, that Asterios is an obsessive stalker using slander to make money out of harassing someone. It is creepy to spend years of your life trying to find the phone numbers of strangers so you can harass some guy who stopped working with you years ago. Seriously think about that objectively, that's actually some stalker shit.
I do think Maddox lost his edge and isn't funny anymore, that's almost objectively true, but he didn't deserve this smear campaign and Dick Masterson is also kind of a vile piece of shit for facilitating it. I just watched Maddox video on their stalking, I do feel like Asterios was genuinely commiting slander with intent to cause harm.

IIRC, asterios has tried to shake all connections. Except for once while drunk at a live event a few years ago (maybe 2022?) and made a comment about Dick trying to make Maria join him in several threesomes.
Which set Juju off and started some shit between them. Which mainly consisted of Dick ranting on his show and Asterios apologizing and just trying to not engage.

Asterios made DSP alogs look sane.
It wasn't even his internet slap-fight to have. He inserted himself into it and literally spent hours a day alogging Maddox for JuJu's validation. Maddox is a faggot but there came a point where Asterios had it coming.
I always thought Dick Masterson was pretty unhinged but the pedophile shit is next level. I mean, he was hanging with Digibro, even if you believe Maddox is lying about everything else, that alone is pretty fucking damning. If you don't know for whatever reason, Digibro was a YouTuber who was came out in defense of child porn claiming it's fine because "akshually its just anime" and Dick had him on his podcast and defended him. No Dick, not everyone wants to bang 17 year olds because not everyone is a degenerate freak.

I'm no fan of Juju but he had no obligation to pay legal bills for shit Asterios did entirely of his own volition.
It's not even like the case of Riley who is legitimately a goddamn incompetent retard. I mean Diddler has no real legal obligation to defend Riley but he does wind him up to go commit crimes (enough so he might end up criminally liable himself for dumb shit Riley does).
Digipedo wanted to go WAY below 17. He even once elaborated on some sick fantasy of kidnapping a prebuscent child, then raping her constantly until she got old and then murdering her and committing suicide. Even if that was some routine and not a real thing, it's sick he would even think of that.
He didn't even have the "muh ephebophilia" excuse.

It's been several years now so I might be remembering this incorrectly, but I'm sure Juju explicitly said on his podcast that he would pay for whatever costs Asterios incurs, and would fund any action against Maddox he might take.
Only when it came time to make good on his word did he fuck over his attack dog, keeping his wallet firmly closed.
Everyone involved ended up looking like a cunt. Asterios for involving himself in a slap-fight he had no business in, being an extremely unfunny and obsessed Maddox alog. Juju for causing Asterios financial and career suicide by suggesting he was a man of his word; a promise from Juju is worth less than a Zimbabwean dollar.

I would have more sympathy for Asterios if he hadn't shown himself to be equally capable of throwing another person under the bus for spurious reasons.
There was an incident at one of the live Dick Show events. An altercation between Peach Saliva and one of the male attendees. Asterios made some very serious accusations against this man - I may be misremembering, but I think he said that he choked her or had his hands around her neck. Peach Salvia called in and said, no that didn't happen. I thought then of Asterios 'okay, you're a douchebag. Occasionaly a very funny douchebag but a douchebag nonetheless'.
