I'm in for 4%. It may be higher. Maybe 14% but I feel sick giving such a high number so I'll take the lower one.

I know when my SO votes, she picks every female name on the ballet without knowing a damn thing about them. I imagine this is not unique and will make up the majority of Wu's scammed votes.

It's a primary so votes can be cast willy-nilly and if people just look at the names and see Wu then, like others have said, they might throw him a bone. Voehl on the other hand sounds like "vole", that's a pleasant looking rodent even if you don't compare it to the mole rat thing has going on.
