DC Comics Multimedia General - A crisis of infinite fuck ups

Frank Miller had them do that and it legit killed people through natural disasters (and its implied they didnt give a shit lol)*

God damn, just what the hell was The Dark Knight Strikes Again...

*I refuse to believe he didnt have a strange boner while writing that part
Isn't Miller the same goy that wanted to do a 32 page comic that was just Wonder Woman getting raped?

Apparently Supergirl is going to lose over $244 million.

Yikes.
Gunn knows how to write non girl boss female characters (Nina and Mantis), he ran a yearly poll of the sexiest superheroes, and saw Captain Marvel fail at the box office. He knows for a fact men hate obnoxious ugly girl bosses. He is a closet chud himself.

He really should had known better. Unless executives forced his hand, the only way I can see any "excuse" for him, otherwise it's all just him paying for his hubris.

Even if it's true the female writer just got the job because he bed her, it was still his job was still to fix the script before they started to shoot.

There's no way Gunn can write hopeful characters when he's a bitter, cynical loser who finds empathy is for fags. Any Super-type character was going to be good.
Also, I read that Superwomyn is going to the subscribe channels in like 1 month, kek.

I like the idea of Lex being an absolute venomous bitch to Clark, but a gentleman to the parents.
It is the only way he really gets to felt Clark.

Ma Kent : "I don't know what your issue with That Luthor Kid is Clark..he is always so nice and polite every time he sees me at the store he says hello and helps me put the groceries in the car"

iirc Eddie Brock laid it on thick to Aunt May early on

Now I want to watch that movie.
To make the mental image funnier, imagine Luthor coming to Thanksgiving dinner in his Warsuit, Clark's heat vision is on standby, all while Lena and Kara pray they won't try to kill each other before Pa starts carving the turkey,
For some reason a lot of the Supergirl fans on twitter really wanted to see an episode where it was revealed Supergirl had a dick, for some reason they kept demanding that,
They literally introduced a transgender superhero for the show, and they couldn't be happy with that?
If Lois is alive after having kids with Clark, then I’m sure it’s all about self control at the end of the day.

But then again, Clark was raised on Earth so I guess your results may vary with other kryptonian characters.
It’s called “Superman style” and it’s him laying there.

“Lois I’m ready!”

But he also had a Wolf of Wall Street party in his youth so maybe he truly does have “precise muscle control.”
Maybe Clark had a history of practicing with donuts before his first date with Lois.
No offense to the people that liked Arrow, and Flash. But I don’t get how people weren’t repulsed by the bad writing, and obnoxious, in your face, propaganda of the whole CW DC universe . Batwoman, and Supergirl being absolute low points for DC as a whole.
I used to follow the Arrowverse religiously in high school. Even back then, it was very hit and miss and I thought Supergirl was one of the weakest DC shows. It's got a place in my heart for really introducing me to fandom, but I'll admit it's far from high-quality.

Not DC, but Spike also used his friendship with Buffy's mom to fuck with the Scoobies before he officially joined them.

For context, this is Spike jokingly threatening to bite Joyce's neck while a magical barrier prevents Angel from coming in without an invitation

Would he even have a problem with the Kents? Besides being the parents of Superman, they're normal people who have no real reason or way to challenge him (beyond the obvious "get Clark to knock some sense into him"). He wouldn't have a reason to start treating them like he does Superman unless a writer decided to write him like an idiot, since they have nothing to hide (in the scenario where he knows Clark is Superman) or anything to prove to him.

There is an appeal to the sort of villain/rival that keeps it above the belt and actually DOESNT go after loved ones, perhaps seeing it as cowardly or even as a sign of weakness.

Its one of the many things that make Lex Luthor and Doctor Doom compelling villains. They are evil, for sure, but they'll never resort to impersonal shit like that.

Unless you are Reverse Flash, anything goes with that disturbed mf, as long as you are fucking broken and miserable.
