Here the interrogators bring up that when Chai was arrested, there was mandatory fingerprint taking, they usually undress them, photograph the body etc, because he's a minor, I don't think these are included in the PDFs, unless I missed them. But the interrogator claims that because of certain markings/scarring on Chai's back, that his mother has whipper him or similar. Again, they have talked to Chai's siblings and various people around him, so it's possible that's where it came up together with them seeing the scarring. Also in the picture, Chai says those are markings, like stretch marks, which to his credit is possible and not unusual, but the cops say that they don't look like that.
Chai throughout these interrogations claims that he not only doesn't remember most of it, because it was 3 years ago and he was 14/15, and also that he's changed his ways. These kids are usually ugly, bullied, with unloving parents, probably even things like sexual abuse. Sexual abuse victims actually go on to commit sexual abuse at a significantly elevated level than the general population. When all of this is combined with antisocial genetic traits, trouble is bound to happen. Someone having a bad genetic base doesn't mean that they will become a sexual predator or a sadist, but those types not growing up with stability or love will certainly accelerate their maladies. All of this combined with the meta-ironic unempathetic internet culture of the 2020s, and social isolation from covid is why these 764 freaks exist. The 764 phenomena is alike to school shooters (similar personality profiles and upbringings, which is why many of these post 2020 shooters have ties with 764/Skibidifarms/the general edgesphere).
