First off, he can't steal Tawm's credit card again. He spends all his money on rent, food, faking paraphernalia, and diapers.
Second, PA is the one place he had any success grifting.
Sure, he wasted police and hospital resources in NY, but he didn't actually get what he wanted.
He started faking autism in 2017, and only started living as a full time babyman in 2018. His first goal was to get Tawm and Mawm to change his diapers, and would claim BUSE and NEGWECT if they didn't. That lasted until 2019 when Tawm got the stay-away order and Mawm didn't fight it.
He then tried to get OPWDD funding to be placed in a group home. OPWDD, however, required him to have a comprehensive evaluation that showed debilitating autism before age 22, and further stated that falling off your bike at age 20 doesn't cause the onset of autism at age 31. Juice, Doug, and Shannon finally realized that Andy was lying about childhood records the whole time, after about 15 months of advocacy. OPWDD put a stop to that in August-October 2021. They held a fair hearing, concluded he fake, denied his appeal, and refused to grant him another fair hearing unless he showed documents that could materially change the outcome of a fair hearing.
Bernard of the B-Cozy Motel refused to give him a monthly rate, because doing so in NYS creates an implied lease, granting him tenancy, and tenant's rights. By giving Amby a daily rate, he was legally a guest rather than a tenant, and subject to inkeepers' rules. DSS wouldn't keep paying it unless Amby had a monthly rate.
From October 2021 to July 2023, no agency took Andy in. Andy refused to actually do the step of calling OPWDD because he knew he would be refused. CS and APS repeatedly told him they cannot house him, and he was banned from every shelter, every motel, and Kenmore Mercy Hospital.
Jessical and both Amandas were ultimately no help.
ETA: His only actual childhood diagnoses are PTSD, Paraphilia NOS, and Tourette's (non-debilitating). ADHD and Auditory Processing Disorder are fake too. Schizoaffective- Depressive was diagnosed as an adult.
Both these and the ones he posted earlier aren't polls, they're questions with right and wrong answers.
