I'm breaking my month-long posting hiatus to address this because it's not entirely accurate.
"Sigturd" and The New American are not aligned with these lolicons whatsoever. Sigurd's latest Twitter account was actually on their hitlist. I am sure those two are a part of a niche group called C13K. And another subhuman who is a part of C13K is Reisawaffen. C13K is a failtroll COM group that raids Twitter general chats and Discord servers in order to spam CSAM. That Sharty group chat was a victim of one of these raids. C13K appears to target anybody, including these same lolicon groups, as they were also a victim of C13K's raid and CSAM spam.
I actually remember making an in-depth post for this entire incident. There was misinformation and confusion on who exactly was behind the CSAM spam. I remember the lolishos blaming "le antis" and the Sharty for it. Despite the fact that in reality it was C13K who raided Sharty and lolicon group chats with CSAM.

Sigurd recently had a new Twitter account, tempelov_sigurd. Since he is a subhuman, he proudly and openly engaged in pedophilic acts such as asking a minor for nudes. A / A

Long time lurker here, and I wanted to let this information be known. I have been looking through the datamined users document, and I notice that one of the people listed is underage, aka a minor.

Why was a 16 or 17-year-old interacting with lolicons and being in servers with NSFW content on Discord? Were these lolicons aware that WLKER66 is a minor? This doesn't look good for them.
Walker has direct messaged me on Twitter to clarify he isn't underage and is actually 18. He explains to me his older accounts were co-owned with his real-life friend who was a year younger than him. Back then they both agreed to include the age 16 in the bio as they thought under an impression that their art would be more "impressive" if they stated it was done by a younger person.
On the offset, it's a reasonable assumption to think that Walker may have been 16 or 17 due to the Instagram bio, but given the added context, it's all simply a misunderstanding, as the stated age was actually his friend's age, who was a year younger than him and also co-owned the account. I do believe Walker is telling the truth here.
WLKER is not only a lolicon but also the administrator of a community operating on xitter and discord known as Freedom Rails. We didnt find out too much about Freedom Rails during the investigation, but according to Kokkoro it's a "Gacha lolicon community". According to kokkoro as well, Freedom Rails also likes doxing people. WLKER co-founded a verification bot that is used in Freedom Rails known as "Wobby". When kokkoro tried adding the same bot to his own discord server, we investigated further and found out that the bot is in fact a dataminer. It collects the user's Discord UID, IP Address, browser fingerprint, geolocation and performs an OSINT background check (see full Privacy Policy here). That data is not sold (as they clearly emphasize at the beggining of the terms) but it is still shared with several third parties, including Google and IP Geolocators. Imo, that's another good question - why is WLKER datamining his community members? WLKER also posted some explicit """art""" of Wobby's mascot onto the server, which is no longer available at Discord's CDN which i think proves that kokkoro also deleted his server (or at least wiped #general).
Walker wanted to provide clarification of this as well. Walker says the Wobby bot is one of those security/Alt account detection bots that some Discord servers use.
Lolicon content is actually banned on the server in addition to a no doxing and no minors rule.

Apparently the IPs are encrypted and hashed with a special string of letters that is indefinable. He explains such security is needed due to previous cases of bad actors infiltrating and raiding a previous community's (Gacha Grail) Discord server with false reports. Also, Freedom Rails doesn't want to be involved in Kokkoro's mass report war against Sharty-aligned accounts on Twitter.
From what I can gather, this Wobby bot is used like a gatekeeper that filters out untrustworthy people or obvious Alt accounts or bots with malicious intentions. A bunch of Discord servers have such a security system, usually due to them having a history of conflict with certain people with bad intentions.
Going through what data is collected, we can see Discord user ID and username are collected, which is fine as this is already viewable by anyone using Discord in the first place. Another thing is an optional feature of a submitted username, which will be searched across multiple platforms. This is public information, the sort of social links that we collect all the time. Though overly relying on this may be a flawed idea, since common usernames may bring up a lot of false positives.
The most glaring thing is the IP detection and geolocation. As said before, the provided intention is for them to detect Alt accounts or malicious actors or people simply ban evading. But as claimed by Walker, the data for the IPs are encrypted. Additionally, browser fingerprinting is already a widespread thing that happens on a bunch of websites and services. It usually becomes an issue if you have a unique and indefinable fingerprint, but if you do, then that is usually a sign you aren't engaging in good digital privacy hygiene.
But the thing is, this isn't that uncommon. An analogy would be with video games such as Minecraft or Team Fortress 2 that have community servers and on such servers the owners can see the IPs of the user connecting to the server. Some servers employ VPN detection and other types of checks on new users to see if they have previously been banned or raise any suspicious flags. Since video game communities have a massive issue with cheaters being fun ruining faggots, such checks need to be enacted to prevent those cheating losers from ruining the fun of legitimate players.

Well i find that interesting since WLKER was IN kokkoro's server, tried getting him to add Wobby, and shared porn of Wobby's mascot. He also used to be pretty active in Brandon's server (the one before kokkoro's, it had around 120 members) before it was deleted. I even got a screenshot from there of him showing that he's in a "child porn gc" on xitter.

You're misinterpreting that screenshot. Walker is warning people that "they" (C13K) are adding people to a group chat in which they would spam CSAM. It appears Walker was a victim of being added to this chat without his consent. That appears to be one of C13K's raiding tactics, where they add random people to a group chat and then spam CSAM in it. Walker was just alerting people that this was happening.
The issue with Twitter group chats is that when you are invited to one, there isn't any invitation for you to decline or accept. You will be dragged into the group chat, and all they had to do was to add you. Edit: Twitter is so retarded that literally ANYBODY in a group chat can change the name or profile picture of GC. They do NOT need to be admins in order to do this. So, that is another possibility where someone managed to infiltrate a group chat, and they then changed the name of it. Because anybody inside the group chat has the ability to do that.
