Dave reminds me more of Virgo Rouge, an actual XX person who's spent her life warring with her family and collecting musical instruments that prove she has phenomenal talent. She's more hostile and self-isolating than Dave, but comes up with surprisingly similar narratives and behaviors. NPD seems to limit the imagination.

That is a great comparison. I've joked about Dave murdering his parents in the past but I honestly don't think he's a danger to anyone except maybe handmaidens who are taken in by his lies about lesbian solidarity. Thankfully even they seem to have the good sense to cut him off after it becomes clear what he really wants from them.

Also as an aside I really miss Virgo's videos making fun of Null. She was a hoot.

Dave and Yanniv are both similar but I'd actually say Dave is the more toxic of the two.

Yanniv is a major threat to children, with his pedo fantasies and tendency towards agression and outright violence to those he deals with . Thankfully Yanniv's biggest problem is that everyone clocks him as a sexual deviant and possible sex offender the second he walks into the room. He has zero friends, no allies and pretty much everyone despises him, faggots included. So he's isolated, easily clocked for what he is and avoided by all.

Making Yanniv, oddly enough, the lesser threat. Ain't no parent going to look at Jonny boy and say "sure I'll leave my 10 year old daughter with you while I go shopping". That shit ain't happening, ever. Thus Yanniv is neutered in his attempts to get the thing he wants most.

Dave...well Dave's a little more tricky. He plays upon females pity. He plays the small, helpless, put upon by the world persona that tugs on a females maternal instincts. We know that Dave has wormed his way into many people lives using this play. He'd manipulate childhood friends into donating money to his "cause". That cause being of course Dave's food, drugs or whatever he wants. He's conned people into living rent free in their homes for years at a time. Contributing nothing, not even helping with the house chores because "my back is just sooooo bad I can't even move. All I can do is just sit on the couch in massive pain", until it's time to go play pool, or strum a little tune or anything he wants to do. He's worked his way slowly but surely into the intimate proximity of women trying to get into their pants via pity and love bombing. All of this is on record, most of it from Dave himself.

Dave is an insidious type of evil. He's banal, he looks harmless, he's fat, sad and dumb but under that is an animal cunning that knows how to take advantage of people's better nature. To me that's really more evil. Yanniv is an out and out sex pest but he's mostly harmless because he'll never have the opportunity to do anything. Dave...Dave's slime, he oozes and flowing into the cracks in peoples lives.

I'll compare them to diseases.

Yanniv is Ebola, everyone can see it right off the bat, realizes it danger and takes quick precautions to protect themselves thus rending the infection moot. Yanniv is pretty harmless for all the evil he tries to do, sure he's annoying a few people with legal bullshit but they pozloaded my negholep willingly and thus are equally at fault.

Dave, Dave's gonorrhea. It's slow, insidious and cloaked as something good. It uses your own defences against you to spread and by the time you notice you have it, it's too late. It's sleeping on your couch, eating your food and trying to molest your wife/girlfriend and it's already too late to do anything about it. By the time you figure it out, it's already too late and you've spread it to others. It's hardly noticeable at first, seems almost benign in the beginning but in the end it drains your strength away, tries to fuck your girlfriend and steals your stuff before fleeing to a new host.

That's why I think Dave is the worse of the two. A insidious evil, cloak in good will is a terrible thing.

Admittedly, I'm rusty on my Dave lore (got side-tracked by plus-sized drama over in Gorl World - forgive!) The first time he got the boot, he claims he moved into their trailer, and I'm fuzzy(face) on what happened thereafter, though she was something of a presence.

I believe she made at least one Turkey Day plate for him in recent years.

Might be time to dust off the timeline. Meanwhile, I have a newspaper archive account, which has brought me a lot of joy, so here are some things from the early life of Dave. I'll have more, but I'm old and tired and forgetful, so feel free to nudge me.

I've only glanced at the articles, and I assure you, mostly, they'e not informative, though I would like to dig a bit more into his 2004 arrest (arrests?) for felony theft.

As I said, the archive is available for any and all questions - it's not great for recent stuff, and some of the big sources (e.g., NY Times, Washington Post, etc.) ain't happening.

The problem here is you're assuming Yaniv would respect consent. Like that fucking horrific story recently with the UPS driver I doubt he asked the kid's mom for permission before he abducted and murdered her.

This is why Yaniv is probably the only cow I genuinely hope gets the Luigi Mangione experience, and I don't care if that makes me MATI because I think he is a genuine danger to society and the more his life falls apart the more likely it is he's going to do something truly awful.

@eggs_over_easy - Time travel! Yes, the 2004 stealing charge is of interest. Boone County's court records system is down this weekend.

I like how stupid, violent, no good Andy often shows up right next to Dave on the honor rolls. He's not on it as often as Dave, though maybe there were semesters when Andy made it and Dave didn't. But obviously, Andy wasn't the knuckle dragger Dave likes to make him out to be.

Look: Even then, Dave was destined to be a butterball and Andy was a junior stud.

Cat slept on Andy's bed but when in Dave's room slept on chair. Meaningful. Also... the Muscatos had FIVE cats at one time. Will Mary blossom out as a catlady once Joe dies?

At 5, Dave's supposed to draw an emotion. He draws "sleepiness." Not autistic at all.

A couple of years later, he shows he was already a braggart looking backwards for accomplishments and claiming deprivation. When asked what's good about themselves, other kids talk about aspirations or getting along with people. Dave said:

"I was the best artist in my first grade and I barely had all the main colors in my school box."

Just the article that fills the top two clips tells us that Dave got grounded for cutting class in spring 2002. He had a goatee. His parents locked up his musical equipment. He has attention deficit disorder, spent a month in a hospital in his junior year and was behind in school. "It makes school tricky at times," Dave says.

The first page of the article lays this gem at our feet - "guitar face."

Dave bends the strings of his Fender Stratocaster. His guitar's body is blood-red. He shuts his eyes and turns his head toward the ceiling like someone who faints at the sight of blood. His goateed face contorts. Muscle spasms shoot like chills from his fingers to his scrunched cheeks and twitching eyebrows. With every note played on the guitar, Dave's forehead wrinkles, his eyes squint, and his mouth opens as if he's lifting a barbell. It's the guitar face, and it only appear on serious gitar players. The mighty guitar gods possess Dave. A muse grips the others. Dave and Josh ignore the numbness spreading through their hands.

Facial expressions, body language and possibly a form of musicians' telepathy signal the song's end. In unison, Dave and Josh should, "Ah! I can't feel my fingers!"

I'll wager he dropped out because he wasn't going to graduate. Rather than flunk out and retake he became a ROCKSTAR. A ROCKSTAR with GUITAR FACE, baybeeee.

2009, Apr. 30 - Dave's a humane society volunteer. The central Missouri chapter's won a contest and will get a makeover.

2014, Jan. 5 - Dave continues being a professional atheist. He comments on things and does debates. Several articles, all boring.

2023, Jan. 10 - Kenosha News article quotes 38-year-old Columbia civil rights activist Danielle as having been told by his pain management doctor to carry Narcan nasal spray because he takes Tramadol and several other drugs for his back pain.

2023, May 12 - Article on calls to increase police oversight in Columbia is in two parts, with the Kenosha News Narcan article in between. Danielle, a resident, is quoted in the second part of the cop article. He shared a negative experience with an officer when "she was working to regulate during a PTSD episode." Dave was harassed six times in a row " by a police lieutenant" while Dave was sitting in the dark using a phone app for PTSD "on my couch at home." 1999 Apr 15 - Jeffrey Muscato, 18, was the driver in an accident that injured two girls, Jocelyn Johnson, 9, and her sister, Courtney, 8. He said the girls ran out into traffic. He hit one and said the other ran into his car. Court records (will post an index to them soon) don't include charges stemming from the accident, likely expunged after the Muscatos paid his fine and he did his community service to get his license back or whatever. But the records do show the Johnsons filing a personal injury case that was quickly settled by the Muscatos. Muscatoes?

1999 May 16 - Andy is a student at the Columbia Independent School and on a Knowledge Master Team that took second place in national awards.

2000 Aug 12 - Jeff's on the second page of an article as an employee of Ken Shepherd, owner of Crazy Music. Jeff is knowledgeable about music and sound gear, dresses in black, and says "cool" most than store managers do.

2002 Sep 5 - Jeff opens the Columbia DJ Supply store after four years with Crazy Music.

2002 Nov 19 - Jeff's president of Columbia DJ Supply. He looks a lot like Dave in the pic.

2003 Apr 7 - Jeffrey Michael Muscato, 22, arrested for driving while intoxicated; $254.50 bond. Did not turn up in court records search.

2005 Sep 20 - Multi-clip article refers to Andy, a senior at MU, as a student who got interested in a law enforcement career when volunteering at the Columbia Police Department. After volunteering for two years, Andy was to begin a part-time paid internship.

2006 Sep 9 - Jeff is President of Columbia Integrated Technologies.

2009 June 17 - In a letter to the editor, Jeff says honking for peace is illegal, dangerous. Activist Dave would find that outrageous 1st Amendment infringement.

2009 June 20 - Multi-clip article about Jeff's 10-employee Columbia Integrated Technologies (CIT) company. He began it in 2004. His first interest was music and musical instruments. He began working at Crazy Music while a student at Hickman High. Then dad Joe helped him start Columbia DJ Supply in 2002 which spun off CIT to do cabling work for audiovisual system installations. He added telecom later and let CIT absorb DJ supply. He's got Dave's unfortunate physique but is maybe taller?

2010 May 15 - Monte Grubbs buys CIT from Joe and Jeff Muscato. Grubbs was the company's chief operating officer.

2013 Sep 22 - Jeff's a history student at Columbia College.

2013 Dec 7 - Marriage license issued to Jeffrey Michael Muscato, 32, and Andrea Lea Gabrielson.(Court records show their divorce in 2021.)

2015 May 3 - Andy signed a pledge to not stand by silently and allow verbal, emotional, physical or sexual abuse to take place in his presence. It was a mass thing at a Mizzou athletic department breakfast.

2015 May 10 - Andy served as an escort at the True North gala.

2015 Nov 7 - In multi-clip article Det. Andy Muscat portrays a drunken rowdy man in a Crisis Intervention Team training scenario. He looks a lot like Dave here. Sad.

2015 Feb 23 - University professor James Wilbanks, 41; his wife, Tatiana (Tanya), 27; and his sister, Elizabeth, 31, were found shot to death in their burning house in a Little Rock, AR, suburb.

2015 Feb 26 - Autopsy confirms murder-suicide. James was the shooter. Also shot two dogs to death with his handgun.

Why include? Dave made a thing out of taking Tatiana's name as Danielle's middle name.

Columbia Independent is a private school, which I believe Dave claimed his parents had a hand in organizing?

Andy ended up graduating from Hickman High School, so it could be he was asked to leave the program. Alternatively, a regular high school could have been a better fit for him. Had he and Dave remained, they would have been in the first graduating class

The Missouri court records for all things Muscato reveal few surprises, but a chron may be useful as they all grow old together in such a small patch of planet. Link to the records - just feed it a name.

What's missing may be more important than what's there - cases reported in the local newspaper against Jeff for injuring two girls and, later, for driving drunk. The Muscatos' settlement with the girls' family is in the records, however.

Also missing: Dave's 2004 stealing charge @eggs_over_easy's newspaper searches turned up. The court may have expunged the record after 20ish Dave paid up or did his community service.

NONE of the cases in the statewide system were filed by David/Danielle, so when he says he sued his parents or got a restraining order against them, no.

His parents filed twice to get him evicted, once in 2012 and again in 2016; they've had protection orders against him since 2023, renewed annually.

Unless there's a type of low-level traffic citation that doesn't end up in the court system, Dave's complaint about being constantly stopped and ticketed because Andy's the Gestapo capo are also false. He's in the system for speeding in 2002 and for not having his vehicle validly licensed in 2026.

Final nugget: Mary crashed her BMW into another vehicle or property on Sep 15, 2025, and has a hearing scheduled for June 24 this year. Her ticket's in the PDFs at the very bottom here.

1999 July 19 - Jocelyn Johnson et al v Jeffrey Muscato, AC Pers Injury-Other, victim a minor, Case 1399AC083162, disposed uncontested Aug 27, 1999. Jeff was 18 at the time. The a news clip above provides details.

2002 Apr 26 - State v David Muscato, Missouri Highway Patrol traffic ticket, exceeded posted speed limit by 11 - 15 mph, Case 000626835, guilty plea on May 15, 2002, paid $105 judgment. Dave was about 18 at the time.

2007 Nov 20 - David Brian Muscato v Amie Jo Guinn, Small Claims over $100, Case 07BA-CV05719. Default judgment on Mar 18, 2008, when Dave appeared but Amie Jo did not. He was awarded $1,000 plus costs. The judge ordered garnishment on Apr 11, 2008. Date of satisfaction not "yet" on file. The garnishee was ABC Labs, 7200 E. ABC Lane, Columbia, MO 65202.

2012 Jan 27 - Joseph J Muscato et al v David B Muscato, Unlawful Detainer (seeking eviction but unlike a standard "rent and possession" action, an unlawful detainer is used when the lease has expired, been terminated for cause, or involves a squatter or holdover tenant who refuses to vacate), Case 12BA-CV00393, dismissed without prejudice on Mar 16, 2012. (Without prejudice means the court would permit Joe and Mary to refile if they wanted to.) Joe filed as trustee of the Joseph J. Muscato Revocable Trust and Mary S. Muscato joined him in the action as trustee of the Mary S. Muscato Revocable Trust. See similar 2016 case below.

2016 Oct 3 - Joseph J Muscato and Mary S Muscato v the Curators of the University of Missouri d/b/a Women's and Children's Hospital, Property Damage, Case 16BA-CV03434, dismissed Jan 17, 2017, at the Muscatos' request.

2016 Oct 14 - Joseph J. Muscato, Trustee et al v. David A Muscato, Unlawful Detainer (seeking eviction but unlike a standard "rent and possession" action, an unlawful detainer is used when the lease has expired, been terminated for cause, or involves a squatter or holdover tenant who refuses to vacate), Case 16BA-CV03596, dismissed at Joe and Mary's request on Nov 30, 2016. As with the 2012 case above, Joe filed as trustee of the Joseph J. Muscato Revocable Trust and Mary S. Muscato joined him in the action as trustee of the Mary S. Muscato Revocable Trust.

2017 Mar 10 - In Re: David Brian Muscato, Name Change to Danielle Tatiana Muscato, uncontested, granted May 15, 2017, with certified copy of the change mailed by the court clerk to Joseph J Muscato on Apr 21, 2020. Dave's address at the time was 7748 Keswick Place, St. Louis, MO 63119.

2020 Aug 27 - Andrea Lea Muscato v Jeffery Michael Muscato, Marriage Dissolution w/o Children, Case 20BA-FC01413, uncontested, disposed Aug 5, 2021.

2021 Apr 13 - Annette Gray Muscato v Andrew M Muscato, Marriage Dissolution w/ Child, Case 21BA-FC00657, uncontested, disposed Mar 9, 2022. Joint legal and physical custody awarded, no child support required, parents are to divide the child's expenses as set out in a joint parenting plan.

2023 June 21 - Danielle T Muscato, FC Adult Abuse w/o Stalking, Cases 23BA-FC01068 and 23BA-FC01069, confidential case filing, presumably one case covers Mary; the other, Joe. Temporary protection orders issued on June 22; 365-day orders issued after hearing on July 3; orders renewed in 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Spoiler: Terms of the Protection Orders

1) Respondent shall not communicate with Petitioner, in any manner or through any medium. The use of third parties (including children) to communicate is strictly prohibited.

2) Respondent shall not commit or threaten to commit domestic violence, molesting, stalking, sexual assault or disturbing the peace of Petitioner wherever the Petitioner may be found.

3) Respondent shall not harass, stalk or threaten Petitioner or engage in other conduct that would place Petitioner in reasonable fear of bodily injury to Petitioner.

4) Respondent shall not use, attempt to use, or threaten to use physical force against Petitioner that would reasonably cause bodily injury.

5) Respondent is forbidden to enter or stay at Petitioner's residence. Other:Respondent not to be within 100 feet of Petitioner. Respondent not to possess firearms.

2023 Sep 26 - State v David Tatiana Muscato, Criminal Infrac, Case 23BA-CR03563. The probable cause statement signed by the investigator proposed three charges: 1) Stalking 1st degree (1st time offender); 2) financial exploitation of an elder/disabled person; and 3) harassment 1st degree. The statement summarizes the evidence (PDF below). Employer is given as Missouri Title Loans. A second probable cause statement described Dave harassing his parents at their home. After a grand jury indicted Dave the case was transferred to Circuit Court as 23BA-CR03563-01. But here his bond was set initially at $50,000 on Sep 26. Dave, without counsel, was arraigned on Sep 27. He was released on his own recognizance on Sep 28, so he had at least one, possibly two nights in jail.

2023 Oct 10 - State v Danielle Tatiana Muscato, Criminal Infrac, Case 23BA-CR03563-01, supersedes the case above after a grand jury handed down a two-count indictment for stealing by deceit and harassment in the first degree. After many defense-requested delays, the trial went forward on the harassment charges on Aug 13, 2025; jury returned a guilty verdict on Aug 14, 2025. On Oct 17, 2025, Dave was sentenced to 5 years of probation with conditions.

Spoiler: Sentence and Terms of Probation

Count 1: 4 years DOC concurrent with all other counts, cases, and sentences;

Count 2: 4 years DOC concurrent with all other counts, cases, and sentences; Allocution, Judgment and Sentence.

Execution of sentence suspended and defendant placed on probation for 5 years under supervision of Missouri Probation and Parole on all normal conditions and the following special conditions:

(1) Defendant shall fully participate in and complete Treatment Court, if eligible and qualified; and

(2) No Contact with Victims;

(3) No posting on social media about victims;

(4) Take down website regarding J.M. and/or M.M and not start any other websites referencing same individuals; and

(5) Take down all signs referencing website or comments regarding J.M. and/or M.M. from any vehicle.

Defendant not to be discharged from probation until all court costs and fees are paid in full. Civil judgment in accordance with law.

Pursuant to Section 217.703, RSMo, Court finds that defendant is NOT eligible for earned compliance credits due to the nature and circumstances of these offenses.

Defendant advised of rights under Supreme Court Rule 29.15 and inquiry conducted as to assistance of counsel. Court finds no probable cause that defendant has not been effectively represented by counsel.

2026 Jan 29 - City of Columbia v Danielle Tatiana Muscato, Traffic Ordinance 14-187 (2014 Toyota Sienna not validly licensed), stopped on 2026 Jan 4. Case 180170185, guilty plea on Feb 25, 2026; $50.50 fine + costs paid on April 9, 2026.

2026 May 28 - City of Columbia v Mary S Muscato, Traffic Ordinance 14-161_, Collided With Vehicle Or Property on 09/15/2025, entered not guilty plea on May 29; set for hearing on June 24.

2005, Oct. 9 - In a letter to the editor, Dave said he was a former euthanasia administrator for the Central Missouri Humane Society.

I find that extremely concerning.

2023, Jan. 10 - Kenosha News article quotes 38-year-old Columbia civil rights activist Danielle as having been told by his pain management doctor to carry Narcan nasal spray because he takes Tramadol and several other drugs for his back pain.

I guarantee he was never told to do this. He takes nothing that is a strong mu-opioid agonist. He was at not risk at any point and time.
