Given the offset in the buildings to their neighbors, I'm guessing a cul-de-sac in Los Heroes; if not there, then NW Merida. A quick random spot try failed, but someone else, feel free.
The Uber driver has to make a left turn on Gojira Sushi followed by another left and right, which puts Ralph at C. 117 and narrows it down to 18 addresses.
However, if you go into street view which is recent as of January 2025, you can further narrow the possibilities with a few reasonable assumptions:
Ralph is leasing one of the smaller, single-story houses on the street.
It will not have any amenities like security gates or a garage.
It will not have a car parked outside.
It will not have any decorations.
Even if these aren't the best assumptions, this shortens the list to 557 and 559 on the north side of the street, and 554, 556, and 558 on the south side. Technically 560 fits the bill in terms of layout, but there's decorations on the front and the curtains are open which seems out of character for him. I'll have to go over this thread again to see if I can figure out which side of the street he's on.
If he's closer to the west end of the block, then that makes 558 a stronger candidate, but I don't say that with much confidence. It definitely tracks though, seeing as the front is overgrown with weeds and looks like shit compared to the neighboring houses. 559 looks too well maintained with potted plants near the dividing wall and a security camera above the front door.

Both have very similar color schemes so it's hard to tell. However the building to the left looks similar to 556 which is next to 558. I also went further down the street in case Ralph was purposely meeting the Uber driver away from his address and found another close fit at 572. It's way too late to be engaging in this kind of autism so I'll leave it here for now.
I have a hunch it's 572 from the small blue(ish) fence between the house and the wall and the outcrop on the opposite wall.
The fence on the house across the street also looks very similar, and in the Sept 2024 streetview there is a white 4 door sedan parked in front of it (hard to tell if it's the same model of Volkswagen though)

Did you see Sandra’s house that Ralph lived in until he was 34? Ralph standards are about as low as it gets. A cement cube with high speed internet and mattress on the floor are the only requirements.
I’ve always been mystified why Ralph moved somewhere so hot. Ralph doesn’t go outside, his skin turns beat red in the sun and he’s lethargic. The fantasy of his party life in a “sunny costal area” is more important than reality of being a sweaty shut-in. Ralph wants to be a “beach guy” but he is definitely not a beach guy. He is the guy wearing a t-shirt at the pool because the sun and water to Gunt is like sun and holy water to a vampire.
His biggest misery seems to be baking in the heat without proper AC. No more red truck to sit in and blast the AC either! Does his shack have a AC window unit?
Areas with winter and cooler temps are well suited for a pale, lazy, fat guy who stays indoors 98% of the time. (See Jer Hambly) But I guess most places in the Northern Hemisphere are far outside of Ralph’s price range, and he wouldn’t last a week in Russia, so hot, humid third-world living is his only option.

Have you seen what West Memphis, Arkansas looks like? His frame of reference is poor (as well as his hygiene, bank account, and IQ). That place is a Mexican Paradise compared to the shithole in which he was born and raised.
A part of me thought him bragging about how cheap his rent was a ruse. You can get some absolutely gorgeous rentals for 1500-2200 USD a month. It’s pretty typical to have a nice courtyard with a pool in the nicer parts of Merida.
Ralph is stuck in a box with dying cats. The floor is littered with piss bottles. He is living worse than most educated locals. I don’t think he has the ability to move if he wanted.
