Leftist critics can fume about "wasted" money or "gentrification," but the footage tells the truth: people love safe, clean, beautiful spaces.

Broken Windows theory is interesting when it comes to crime and people, though. We all know the basics: visual decay shows that law enforcement is absent, and therefore crime increases because it will not be punished or noticed. Whatever - But the thing that is the most interesting is how these sorts of urban projects turn out, which is what level of enforcement is needed to remove the riffraff that causes the decay cycle again. You can push someone out over and over, but eventually, they will come back. Sure, you can remove junkies and skitzos for a tiny bit - but you can't really do that across an entire city. But why not just make the ultimate broken window for people to climb in? That's why, I think, for the good of America, we need one state that really sucks - Like uh, California, to break a small chunk of it out near a coastline and form a new state in the USA. In this state, it could be called "DRUGZONE USA" - maybe the state flag could be a gigantic skull? Something, like the
ZONE OF DEATH Anyways, the rules would be this:
1. Despite being part of the United States, there are no rules, nigga.
2. You can do your drugs and crimes here. Old-fashioned duels? Buck Breaking? Sex crime? Drugs? Whatever. Also, it's encouraged. It would be so cool to do crack, get a gun, and blast a nigga while sex trafficking retarded hobo junkie women.
Now, of course, no company or the like will ever want to be there. Infrastructure and maintenance? That ain't happening. But what would be cool about something like DRUGZONE USA is that you could, technically, drop all hobos, junkies, and skitzos into it and make it an open-air prison, where they have to form some sort of society or perish. Also, to help them get started in their new society, I guess the feds could use a helicopter to drop pallets of food and water for them to fight over. This would be good because it technically isn't a death sentence, and the world won't call you a monster for shipping all your hobos there because, technically, you are not murdering them, but the warlords who ravage the place will. Second, it creates that black market that the USA always wants but doesn't want in its backyard. Three, it would be really funny to see some meth addicts who can't stop smoking meth form some sort of meth clan while having gun battles with the black israelites in the DRUGZONE. I think once things start rolling, all the criminals attracted to broken windows will be like "hey, this place seems pretty cool, I can do my meth here and join the meth clan!" Then just set up military checkpoints to go in and out - Then do the following test for people who want to leave DRUGZONE USA
1. Do you listen to mumble rap? - If yes, you are sent back or shot.
2. Do you test positive for drugs? - If yes, you are sent back or shot.
3. Do you understand basic elementary school concepts? - If no, you are sent back and shot.
Basically, what I am saying is to clean up cities, they really need to form some kind of gigantic prison, but don't call it a prison because liberals and "human rights" people hate that, but instead some lawless autonomous zone where these people can be systematically killed, or I guess, rise to become powerful warlords in their tiny area? Then, when those warlords get too big, I guess the government can step in and murder a few people to break it up and have the cycle repeat itself.
Wait - Now that I think about it, I think this was the plot of Cyberpunk and like fifty movies, like Escape from LA/New York. I guess what I am saying is we should do something like Escape from New York for all the hobos, skitzos, and junkies to make America beautiful again. Also, I think that is how Australia was formed. But I'm pretty sure they had laws and shit, so that's a bad example.
