You guys are getting way too into this. Other than the medical board griefing steve and him having some heartburn over this, there isn't much that will happen.
I don't think anything will happen regarding criminal charges.
I said as much above. Unless Dr. Steve has a history of over-prescribing pain killers this will be a stern note to "not do that again where people can see it" and thats it.

I am just arguing for the sake of the arguing regarding HIIPA HIPAA. People seem to think its some magical tool that prevents any type of investigation.

EDIT: Spelling.

Im pretty sure the right call on the Dr. Steve stuff is that he theoretically could get in a load of trouble but is likely to just get a "don't do shit like that anymore" letter on his file. Unless he really is just writing Dr. Feel-good scripts on stage and not doing a gag.

In regards to Nick positing handling his case pro se, it seems to me he knows it’s a terrible idea, but the idea of being the sole force behind a W over Aaron and his lawyer is driving him to try and overcome the last reasonable brain cell in his body that absolutely believes it’s a bad idea. I doubt he’d be talking about it so much otherwise.

So what I got from Nick's recent rants is that the law is totally on his side and he is going to win, but if he doesn't it's because the Judge either doesn't know the law or doesn't like him.

So in other words he has created a scenario where he can't be wrong. As usual.

Aaron let slip that he can have guests on the show again in October, which implies that his current restraining order/probation will end then.

Question for lawyers: Can Kayla get a new restraining order with similarly restrictive conditions?

You think the DEA will disagree with both the doctor and the patient that it was not valid? They don't do that. In fact, they explicitly state that they do not inject themselves in doctor/patient relationships.

Sorry, but this is just flat out bollocks. Back in the late 90's and early 2000's, the DEA were hounding doctors in pain management because they disapproved of their prescribing practices. Many of those doctors went to jail. There was a great deal of campaigning about it online at the time, but since the whole Sackler business blew up, the groups that were campaigning around it seem to have gone to ground.

Still, here's a relatively recent overview of this issue from one doctor who seems to be keeping track of this issue. His view is the diametric opposite of the claims you keep repeating here.

The shocking truth behind the DEA’s role in America’s pain crisis and doctor prosecutions

There's more now. This is the most significant: "What benefit is there to me to have someone else hire my attorney."

Seething at Sean for three hours was not enough. So Rekieta returned to Stallyn19's comment section to scream at Sean some more.

Kurt is not known for being dumb. Maybe autistic, but not dumb. I can say, for example, that Rekieta is dumber than Keanu in many ways. That would be a real offense. He should take some CLE classes on that too.

As of this writing, it seems like Nick went back and deleted his comments on the Stallyn19 video.

Just looked under the @Potentially Criminal comment, and Nick's reply to the sandwich man is gone, even though people are @-ing him.

She can seek a new restraining order separate from the criminal case if she chooses. The exact terms of it granted would be up to the judge that heard it. But many judges would be rather sympathetic to a woman seeking such an order when there is a past conviction for revenge porn.

I thought Aaron had two years of probation though.

Still lying and misunderstanding about his daughter testing positive.

He doesn't misunderstand anything, in my opinion. I think he knows exactly how and why his child tested positive for cocaine. All his lies and "micro-truths" and prevarication on that point are to try and keep his remaining fans from finally understanding the truth, which is that your child testing positive for coke is unforgivable and irredeemable.

I don't know. I'm just assuming things based on this video.
"No offense to Rocco. We'll have him on
in October when everything's all in the clear.[...]
There';s things I don't want talked about
and shouldn't be talked about on this
channel and Rocco could do that and be
an asshole.
And I won't I I'm not going to let I
don't want him on for that reason."

Minnesota commonly cuts probations in half for good behavior. Toe mentioned this early on after the proceedings were settled.
IDK about what happens with fuckups who piss hot or miss tests.
