The county, Osceola, is the same county that Disney World is in, right under Orlando/Orange county for reference. The glades are further south, below that big lake Okeechobee, so depending on which part he was in he'd get a state wildlife/one of the everglades counties for the gator corpse shoot.

Florida has laws that favor the driver if someone is purposefully obstructing them. This was in response to protestors stopping traffic. Stand your ground, but for cars. When the Florida executive branch isn't doing a classic job slacking off that all jobs and cops do, they enjoy their reputation of making examples out of idiots. The state generally lets police do their job without obstruction and encourages them without becoming overly controlling, so classic southern "gonna do mah job and catch dem criminals - we are the law in this town" are plentiful. Same for courts. There's bullshit everywhere, but it's nice to have a justice system where a lot of people seem to actually be working.

I think most people imagined Clav's streaming career would be a short one, but I doubt anyone imagined it'd end because of mag-dumping into an alligator with a bunch of random hicks. I figured it'd be a meth overdose turning him into a vegetable or something like that

Seems like his friend TheCubanTarzan deleted his stream vod. I was recording the Everglades segment from there and he deleted it before I could get the whole thing. I got most of it though.

I went on a family vacation to Florida and we went snorkeling for scallops. My dad picked up a sea sponge floating in the water and the guides told him "You put that thing back because Florida Wildlife will get you."
