I guess it's entirely possible that Prop 50 did not pass at all but rather was pushed over the line by many different frauds in the various counties. The turn out was rather large for such a niche issue and overwhelmingly in favor of redistricting the state to favor the Democrats even more then it already is

yeah that's the "good guy" in this scenario.

the "good guy" supports":

• taking advantage of illegals, literally using them as serf labor, by paying them a shit wage in cash under the table
• illegals not paying taxes (the meme that most of them pay taxes after getting paid peanut cash wages is a blatant cope)
• MUH WHITE company owners profiteering off of serf labor (white people profiting off of underpaying minorities lol)
• removal of honest blue collar work from americans who made the cardinal sin of not wanting to be paid dog shit for breaking their backs

speaking to the last point, this is an issue in all labor intensive trades. go to any jobsite in america and find me 3 drywall guys that speak english. drywalling, painting, roofing, flooring, rough carpentry. this has been an issue for YEARS and none of these "good guys" gave a shit because of course they aren't blue collar. they do white collar jobs (nothing wrong with that) so their lives were unaffected. "oh, who cares if blue collar trades are being beaten down to shit, it's not my problem. why don't you try having a little empathy???". once the jeet visas became an issue along with AI outsourcing oh how the tones changed. now all those people, who have the SAME problem that blue collar workers had, are bitching and crying about it. how hard it is to find a job, how hard it is to get a decent wage, how hard it is to not be replaced. these "good guys" are literal children who only care about things when it directly effects them. it was the same thing that happened in NYC with the illegal / migrant hotels, none of the wealthy upper westside douchebags gave a shit but once the illegals wandered up to their neighborhood they were on eyewitness news bitching about it on camera.
