Ok remember yesterday when I posted about the Commiefornia sheriff (Bianco) who went in and seized a bunch of ballots and records pertaining to the local county vote on Prop 50, the Commiefornia redistricting vote that passed with flying colors?
I also said the AG ran immediately to the local court to ask for an injunction stopping the recount and to force the return of the voting records to the AG office and because it's Commiefornia I said that chances are the local judge would just give the AG everything he wanted because the sheriff is a GoP and leading candidate for Governor and the AG is a Newsome stooge?
Well, turns out I was wrong.
Today a judge in the Commiefornia local circuit court dismissed the AG's request for an injunction and is allowing the sheriff to complete the recount as part of his fraud investigation.

A California court on Tuesday quickly denied Attorney General Rob Bonta’s request to halt the Riverside County Sheriff Department’s effort to recount ballots from the November 2025 special election.
In an unprecedented move, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, a Republican who is running for governor, seized roughly 650,000 ballots and began conducting a recount of votes. At a press conference Friday, he characterized the investigation as a “fact-finding mission” that is intended “just as much to prove the election is accurate as it is to show otherwise.”
Bonta’s office this month ordered Bianco and the Riverside County Sheriff Department to pause its work, citing “grave concerns” over the legality of the criminal investigation. To which the Sheriff Department obey briefly before getting another subpoena allowing them to continue the recount.
Just a quick tidbit: the Sheriff Office (Bianco) is not doing a voter recount, they are simply recounting the number of votes recorded versus the number of ballots turned in as the first count reported over 45K more votes then ballots. To which the AG Office did their own "investigation" and found only 100 more votes then ballots. Hmmmmmmm.
The judge cited the fact that the AG's Office is not the proper avenue to challenge this subpoena as they have no involvement with voter record keeping nor and with fraud investigations. And so for now Chad Sheriff (that's his name Chad Bianco) will be allowed to continue his fraud investigation despite the AG's Office ordering him to discontinue it.
I am...surprised but happy. I hope Bianco finds evidence of fraud and can stick it to Newsomes little pet AG who will never agree to go ahead with charges on which ever DNC agent added in those 45K votes.
I guess it's entirely possible that Prop 50 did not pass at all but rather was pushed over the line by many different frauds in the various counties. The turn out was rather large for such a niche issue and overwhelmingly in favor of redistricting the state to favor the Democrats even more then it already is.
Color me pink and call me a tater-tot cuz this is something I never expected to happen. But no doubt the AG is as we speak running to a new higher, more friendly to Democrats judge who can just as easily halt everything
