More Commiefornia election shenanigans
A California sheriff and top Republican candidate for governor seized over 650,000 votes from the state's November elections this weekend. He somehow got a Commiefornia judge to issue him a warrant to both seize the ballots and re-count them. For the record the county recorded 45,000 more votes then ballots issued.
Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco launched an investigation into the state's November 2025 special election on Proposition 50 after a third-party organization, the Riverside Election Integrity Team, claimed it found roughly 45,000 excess votes. California elections officials have dismissed the team's findings, but Bianco says his office will conduct another count.
"This investigation is simple: Physically count the ballots and compare that result with the total votes recorded," Bianco told reporters at a Friday press conference.
Proposition 50 was a key proposal seeking to reform California's congressional districts. It was designed to favor Democrats in response to a similar effort by Republicans in Texas.

Now comes the Commiefornia Attorney General, Bob Bonta, to has submitted an emergency appeal to stop the counting of the ballots and to halt the investigation into what he calls "a GoP conspiracy to overturn the will of the people". Bonta said that Chad Bianco lied to the court to get this warrants and thus everything he is claiming is nothing more then a blatant attack on the results of the Prop 50 (redistricting prop) to undermine the public's faith in the voting process.
"During this time, the Sheriff has delayed, stonewalled, and otherwise refused to work with us in good faith. To date, the Sheriff has failed to provide most of the requested documentation. But, what we have been able to learn raises serious questions about the merits of this investigation. We are especially concerned with legal deficiencies in the affidavits underlying the warrants, including the omission of material facts," his office added.
FYI this is the exact same tactic the Democrats are using in both the Fulton and Maricopa counties investigations. That the organizations involved in the investigations are biased and lying to the justice system to further the claims of Donald Trump and his "stolen" 2020 election.
Sadly there is a 90% chance the Commieforna judge quashes this investigation and has the ballots returned to the AG offices where no doubt those 45K extra ballots will just...disappear. Now is this sheriff running for governor of Commiefornia? Yes. Is this mostly a political stunt...yes. Does that make it any less necessary?
No. The county records say there was 45K more votes then ballots issued and that should spark some kind of investigation shouldn't it? But in Commiefornia having more votes then voters is just pretty normal I guess.
