Iran's retaliatory campaign has targeted six Gulf states with over 1,200 combined munitions since strikes on Iran began yesterday morning.

UAE: 541 cruise munitions, 165 ballistic missiles
Kuwait: 283 cruise munitions, 97 ballistic missiles
Qatar: 12 cruise munitions, 65 ballistic missiles
Bahrain: 9 cruise munitions, 45 ballistic missiles
Oman: 2 cruise munitions
Saudi Arabia: No details provided

These figures do not include munitions launched toward Israel or at U.S. bases in Iraq and Jordan.

I'm genuinely surprised at how terrible Iran's AA defenses have been. Considering that air superiority is at the core of U.S military doctrine, you'd think they would've done more to prepare. They genuinely might've been too broke to afford layered Russian systems.

If they can't fill the power vaccum quickly, another jihadist/ extremist faction will just take over again, and nothing will change.

Like I said before this isn't a war, but it's turned into something much more retarded that Iran or the whole world never seen coming a game of kick the autistic on Iran where the whole middle east is joining in. *sigh*
 
A thought occurred to me.

It looked like Iran’s attacks on hotels and the like were just random acts of desperate violence. However there are reports that there were very few US personnel at bases likely to be targeted in retaliation.

Could it be Iranian intelligence was aware of this and strikes on hotels were attempts to target American personnel? Or am I giving them too much credit?

It will play out exactly as I predicted. Trump is not a boots on the ground guy like Bush and the Neocons were. He knows how unpopular a ground war would be even to his base supporters. He wants to tag team kick the shit out of Iran's radical military as much as possible,
then let the regional players come into the game as they should and finish it before the inevitable regime change. They're fully banking on the Sunnis to step in and contribute. The logic is that the Sunnis are the majority and despise the 7th century throwback mentality of these goat fucking bearded faggots more than muh Muslim brotherhood unite.
Like putting down a rabid dog despite being a family pet. I suggest you look up the near 8 year Iran vs Iraq War in 1980 for context. Iran is essentially North Korea, only they are surrounded by Jews and rich Arabs who do not like their volatility. Kill the rabid dog and the neighborhood is safer. The Gulf states should be flipping the bill for the operation, and I think they actually are.

The depiction of the French as surrendering all the time also obscures the fact that the French inflicted approximately 600 casualties on American troops during Operation Torch in North Africa. You know, for all the vitriol about the USS Liberty I see from /pol/fags, you never see those same people talking about the French inflicting 20 times more casualties against Americans.

You're giving the IRGC to much credit. They're doing all of this as a show of force. there plan has always been If you attack us we will attack Dubai or Saudi, remember in Trumps first term when they threatened that shit.
